We've had our air conditioning units service twice a year by this company for a while now and the service has always been excellent. The last few services has been Tim who is reliable, professional ,and always arrive on time. We've never had any issues and our system runs perfectly. Highly recommend The Air conditioning company.

It may surprise you to learn that we sincerely thank you for your review, and we sense your frustration. Believe me when I say that we have also been very frustrated by this extraordinary weather pattern that is showing us to be not the efficient service that we generally are, and hopefully you can see this is backed up by so many positive reviews.
However, please allow us to explain the lack of email response. We wish it were a better excuse, but the fact is that even although we are one of the larger and better known air conditioning companies in the South East, we do not have the manpower to have coped with over 11500 calls over a period of four days( which, even with a team of eight call handlers, we were only able answer and act upon perhaps 1280 callers. However, we’ve also received 8400 emails and, in short, we did not and do not have the staff capacity to answer all of the emails in a sensible timeframe. This crazy weather is of course responsible!! For that we sincerely apologise to you and indeed others. With kindest regards and, of course, our apologies again.
£25 for next-day delivery — never arrived, now cancelling
Ordered a HiCool-i cooler on 25 June and paid £25 for express next-day delivery. I rang to check and was told it would arrive Friday 26 June. It never came not Friday, not over the weekend, not Monday. I've emailed three times with no reply, which is why I'm posting here. No tracking possible.
The cooler was for my elderly parent to get through the worst of the heat, which is the whole reason I paid for next-day. That need has now passed.
I've asked to cancel the order and have the full amount refunded. Happy to update this review if it's resolved properly, but four days of silence on a heatwave order isn't what I expected from the reviews here.
I promptly received a refund after posting this review now updated for prompt refund .

Firstly , many reviewers would have only given us one star for the service you have received, and we are grateful for your rating. In short, you'll see that it's a very rare occasion that we get a poor review and in this case we were let down by third-party couriers. However, please allow us to explain the lack of email response. Excellent service, great peoduy
Excellent service. Ordered a portable unit for delivery but chose to change to collection. Smooth process. Upon collection, was shown how to connect everything up and 2 units were loaded into the car for us. All guys very friendly and helpful. Icing on the cake, my home is no longer a Furness! 1 sleeping child, 1 sleeping baby, 2 very happy cool parents and a family much more comfortable in this heatwave

Professional and helpful
The Air Conditioning Company did an excellent job for us. The survey for the estimate was thorough and the engineer explained everything. The work was carried out efficiently and tidily. I now have a lovely cool bedroom.

Appointments followed, installation was well done and went above and beyond, servicing straightforward. Might be a bit more expensive, but you are getting your money's worth.

Thanks for this, Andreas. We certainly don't claim to be the cheapest installer in town, but we rightly claim to only use the most expensive copper tubing and to ensure that everything we do is insured to the hilt. Something that you more often do not get with man and his van.

Excellent units
Excellent units, work well with cool and warm air to heat our rooms (we have a unit in the sitting room and master bedroom). The servicing is thorough with the units dismantled, any parts needed replaced, and thoroughly cleaned. The maintenance engineer arrived punctually and was efficient and polite, leaving no mess.
