The crew who did the work were very good. The space in my attic is limited and they managed without any complaints at all.
The crew maintained a high standard of professionalism and worked very hard. They also finished when they said they would.

People turned up on time as arranged, clearly all knew their job and got on with the work without any fuss. Excellent result with no mess.

Very prompt, efficient and helpful

All went smoothly from survey to installation and the unit seems to be working fine. Had a nice cool night's sleep last night!

Communication with Air Conditioning Company is always very good and handled efficiently and in a friendly manner and always with a speedy response.

Absolutely not! This is a barefaced lie! No-one telephoned at all to say you were running late and this was part of the problem!

We have indeed got a pump replacement booked in now (at our expense!) and look forward to get the problem sorted once and for all. But the sheer nerve of this company to gaslight is extraordinary.

A few years ago we went with this company to have an additional AC unit put into our bedroom and connected to the external condenser. The install itself seemed fine, but a year later, despite us having them come and service it all, we experienced water leaking down from the unit on the wall. After a while, we managed to get them out again to look at it and their engineer (whom apparently they’ve since sacked…!) told us he needed to blow down the tube to clear it to external drain and all would be well. We carried on for the rest of the year, and mostly (apart from some very noisy gurgling) all was well.

However, fast forward to this year, and we have been blessed with an indoor waterfall of condensation coming down from the unit, accompanied by significantly louder gurgling from the separate pump. After this year’s visit, the engineer told us that they “don’t install these pumps now as they’re not very good” but the company seemed to have little sympathy and said “oh well, not included in the warranty, so you’ll have to buy a new one.”

Fine. We took it on the chin, and agreed to have a new pump fitted, and as with all of our attempts to book in a home visit, we had to conform to their schedule as they try and dictate a date of their convenience, not what was convenient for ourselves. Naturally, this was a bit annoying, but my husband agreed to take a half-day from work, to wait around for this to be done. So eventually, their allocated time slot came and went (0800-1200) and no-one appeared. My husband had to then go to work for the afternoon and is now faced with the task of attempting to get them back AGAIN (3rd time this year now…!) to replace a pump, that they installed, that doesn’t work, and was serviced by someone that they sacked because he didn’t do his job properly, and ALL of this at great expense to ourselves!

As I’m sure you could imagine, we are furious. We are reasonable people, and will happily make allowances for the fact it’s been an exceptionally hot summer, that they must be busy, mistakes happen, sometimes you have to sack poor staff etc., etc., but today’s “no show” from the engineer was the final straw.

We’ve already been in contact with the company, and should they fail to rectify this to our satisfaction; we will be exercising our rights as consumers both within law and to go to a couple of the national newspapers’ “consumer champion” columnists.

Did a great job installing and servicing our AC system. The engineers were friendly, careful and very competent. Would definitely recommend.

Airconco's service and professionalism has been impeccable. The initial installation was carried out last year and the engineers did a really good job, making the install looking tidy internally and externally, having routed the pipework through the eaves of our bungalow and up to the loft bedrooms. Today we had the 1st service. The engineer came nice and early, and did all his checks, was courteous and efficient. I did question the head office later about the cost of the service - but I guess the market rates are what they are. Overall I would recommend Airconco.

This is a great company, we’ve used them for years and they’ve always been excellent. Service visits are always quick and very efficient. Highly recommended!

Advice on the run up to installation was very helpful in choosing the right A/C unit.
The installation engineers were excellent; arrived on time, were polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The installed system works perfectly and is a great relief in this unusually hot weather. Five star service all round.

From the first contact, the company have been welcoming & professional and kept me up to date with our appointment. The gentleman who came to service my home aircon was respectful and tidy and explained what he was doing. I have set up an annual service with them.

We had a floor-mounted air conditioning unit installed in our loft conversion,and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. We originally chose a Mitsubishi system, but due to a supplier delay Airconco quickly offered a Daikin alternative so that the installation could still be completed before our baby's due date.
Communication throughout the process was clear and responsive, and the installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The installation itself looks very neat, and the system is working perfectly

Very professional and all staff were pleasant. Understandably they were extremely busy during this very hot Spring/Summer, so the unit wasn't installed as quickly as I would have liked, but the installation itself was first class. Done by polite engineers very neat and tidy.

The Air Conditioning Company installed our office air conditioning unit and has maintained it for the past few years. We've been extremely happy with the quality of their service and would happily recommend them.

There were hiccups along the way but at every hurdle someone - either in the office, the scheduling, or the fitting team - stepped in and sorted things out - and one can TALK to someone to make this happen. Very personal and very good! And the end result is SUPERB.

The young man that serviced our AC today was polite, courteous and gave clear information on the work done. He completed the service efficiently without fuss. He is clearly well trained and knowledgeable.

I’ve written glowing reviews for this superbly professional company before, after my full aircon installation and again after my first annual service, but I wanted to add another review following my experience with them yesterday of an emergency repair call-out. I have the aircon system in my house because a medical condition means that I can’t regulate my own body temperature so a cooling system is essential. After explaining my circumstances, the company went over and above to ensure I had a timely visit to resolve the issue (a simple problem, but not something I could fix myself without dismantling the unit) on the same day. Given how busy they are with demand for aircon in a London heatwave, I found their service absolutely exceptional and I thank everyone involved.

Avoid this company — extremely disorganised and unprofessional.

I submitted an online quote request on 21 June. On 22 June, I called and was told that they would arrange a survey, with an estimated lead time of four weeks. I accepted this and waited, but nothing happened.

On 6 July, I called to ask for an update. I was told that their system showed the survey had already been completed. This was completely untrue: nobody had contacted us, nobody had visited our property, and no survey had taken place. The woman I spoke to said she would contact the survey company and rearrange it.

Another week passed, and once again, nothing happened.

I called again today and was told that their system still showed that the survey had been completed on 26 June, even though no survey ever took place. I was then informed that the survey lead time has now increased from four weeks to eight weeks.

Because of their internal errors and complete lack of follow-up, we have lost several valuable weeks during the hottest part of the year. Despite this being entirely caused by their mistake, they offered no solution, no priority appointment and no meaningful attempt to put things right.

The whole process has been chaotic, frustrating and deeply unprofessional. Their records are clearly unreliable, communication is extremely poor, and there appears to be no accountability when something goes wrong.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
