Every body is very helpful from the install all the team were great, polite, and helpful completed without any problems, clean and tidy work. Aira heat pump install went well
We were so pleased and impressed with the team from Aira. They whisked our old boiler away with several old radiators and had our new heat pump up and running well within the 4 days we were quoted. It's been supplying hot water for several days now in a very unobtrusive manner. Scott Anderson led the team, with Dalton Stevenson assisting and Paul Hartles looking after the electrical side
Prior to the installation the Aira team had guided us impeccably, with Mollie in particular giving us a lot of reassurance

Contacted Aira customer service today for information about my all inclusive payment plan for the heat pump.
The gentleman that dealt with my enquiry was amazing.
He didn't have all the answers straight away but in less than an hour called me back with everything I asked for.

Daniel Knowles knows
Daniel shows up, clear and firendly listened to my observations and figured out more issues that I wasn't even aware of. He took care of the heath pump, the water tank and radiators. He explained everything he worked on and helped me understand why my installation was failing. I'm really glad support has a guy like him.

The call was answered quickly and Lee was very helpful. The issue has been resolved alyhough the reply did create some confussion over wether or not I had to pay for the service. Lee quickly resolved this for me and I am happy with the outcome.

Ryan and Russell worked really hard and effectively over three days and got the job done to a very high standard.
The electricians Chris and Sonny also did a great job under a tight time schedule.

Seamless experience from start to finish
Everything's been completely seamless with Aira right from the first call after I registered interest, though the initial survey to system design and installation. The last bit of which was super quick and efficient taking only two days. The Aira kit seems great, looks really nice and the app is handy and intuitive.

Excellent Service given throughout.
Myself and my Partner are extremely happy with all work carried out on the fitting of our new heating system. James and Ryan (Plummer's) were very friendly, hardworking, explaining what questions we put to them. They were very tidy after each day. James explained and showed how to install everything on my phone, also explained how the unit works giving me more understanding.
Electrician's Sonny and Chris, once again very friendly, hard working completing their work with care and precision.
All of the lads are a credit to your company, their kindness and patients gave us a comfortable feeling of all the work involved. Thank You from William & Angie.

A really professional experience
A really professional and informative experience. Steven was excellent at answering my questions and explaining the impact of the installation, covering the majority of my questions. Everything else I followed up over email and he was very responsive. I have my installation booked in soon and very excited to be going green with what sounds like an excellent heat pump system.

Intermittent fault.....
I was experiencing an intermittent fault with my heat pump so contacted Emily at Aira customer support. The fault was quickly identified and a new part was ordered for me. The part took a while to arrive but Emily was excellent at keeping me informed of progress. When the part arrived an engineer was organised for a few days later. Scott arrived yesterday and quickly got to work on the replacement part. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained exactly where the fault had arisen. After he had fitted the part he completed a check of the rest of the system to make sure that everything else was in order. Overall I was very pleased and impressed with the service I received from both Emily and Scott.
