Established in 1981 we have a large, loyal customer base ranging from some of the biggest companies in the country to some of the smallest. Our customers come from a broad range of industries ranging from food and pharmaceutical to engineering and research. We have a team of service engineers working on customers machines and compressed air installations everyday.

With regard to the carriage charge, all non-palletised items are sent on a next working delivery, via APC parcel service, at the supported and fixed price shown on our website.
We appreciate that this may seem expensive if the item purchased is of relatively low value but it does give peace of mind with full traceability and the price is the same whether the item purchased is £10 or £500.

Couldn’t be bothered attitude!
Phoned to order parts for an Abac compressor around 9am with a part number and was advised by a member of staff that he needed to check stock and he would call me back. 4 hrs later I had heard nothing so I called again and another member of staff answered, he then said that your company had 2 in stock! Very disappointed with the first persons poor attitude and obviously couldn’t be bothered.

Thank you for your review. The person you originally talked to asked for your compressor details to check the part number you gave was correct for your machine before you ordered. This involved contacting Abac and waiting for their response as their online portal was down. When you called back we had the answer and advised yes we had two in our stock, which you then ordered and we delivered next day. Thank you for your order, we hope to assist you again in the future.
