Good communication via Facebook Messenger, quickly arranged a call out for a couple of friendly guys who spent time troubleshooting the issue with my dishwasher. Unfortunately they didn't fix it first time, but came back out, identified a part that needed replacing, then came back and fitted the part. Now my dishwasher is working perfectly again! All this for a single call out charge and paying for the part. Great value for money, would definitely recommend.

Easy to book appointment, and about 8am in the morning I got a text with estimated arrival time - so no hanging around all day. Nice engineers who fixed the problem with my washing machine. Would recommend and use again,

Very efficient service. I contacted them via messenger about a washing machine problem. I was given a day that they would call and then I was messaged early in the morning on that day with a time. The engineer arrived at the quoted time, was friendly, tidy and able to sort out the problem. Good value too.

Great Service, moments after I booked my appointment on the phone talking to a human I received an e-mail confirming the date & time slot Andy was due to arrive, telling me I would get a text on the day giving me the anticipated time of arrival…..7-34am on 20th December I got that text, confirming Andy would be with me at 2-30pm & yes he was with me at that time. Andy certainly knew his stuff putting the new seal on my Freezer door, which was not as straight forward as expected referring to a contact at Electrolux he knew. End result the freezer is working better than ever. I will definitely turn to AH Appliances in the future if I have problems in the future
