This is a great piece of kit for the price - adjusts easily to fit on a dogwalk. I already had the Agilitum stride regulator for an A frame so had no worries about ordering this. What I found so im... Se mer

Svar från Agilitum
Hi Karin, We are sorry that you were not happy with your delivery. We aim to ship as soon as we can but I can see that your consignment was inexplicably delayed with the courier and has taken a week for which we apologise. Automated status emails are issued at order and shipping but we don't get feedback about shipping delays so are unable to automatically advise progress. However we are always willing to look into any consignment if you have concerns.

Really pleased with the product but…
Really pleased with the product but sadly not pleased with the way my parcel was delivered. Large hole in the stiff cardboard box, thankfully the product inside was not damaged. Good job there were no small parts in the box as I doubt they would have been in it.
