Had previously completed the training and successfully gained scrum master certification, but was seeking a refresher. This course and particularly the trainer (Kim Brainard) far surpassed my previous course. The pace and approach were engaging, gained great tips and techniques - including ways to aid 'unlearning' skewed views of the key values and principles of scrum (which unfortunately some organisations apply). Would highly recommend this course !!

Absolutely effective approach to learning Scrum in a short period of time. Well organized, concise content presented in a streamlined fashion that was a pleasure to attend. Kim is extraordinary at what she does. She combined poise with scrappy to drive home the true meaning of Scrum.

Kim Brainard is an excellent instructor. Absolutely focused, very intentional, and makes it easy to learn the principles necessary for achieving the CSM. Hardly any study effort required, she ensures that the principles become naturally understood and accepted by the class.

Kim was great. Very engaging and entertaining. Very knowledgeable and shared that knowledge not by lecturing, but by sharing stories and analogies that would help us relate the content to our own personal experiences.
