I was a student in Kim's Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course on September 9-11, and it was an exceptional experience.

Her facilitation style is utterly unique and engaging. I can see why she's been described as "unconventional" and a "People Whisperer."

Kim's use of real-life stories and conversational techniques created a strong connection with me and other students, making the learning process both intimate and impactful.

She encouraged and insisted on active participation and dialogue, ensuring that the concepts were not only understood but ingrained.

The structure of the course fostered a sense of community among participants, allowing us to share insights and learn from each other's experiences.

The short version is this: as an experienced instructor myself, I will be borrowing some of her techniques and I have already planned my next session with her as a student.

Kim made the training very relevant with real world applications and examples. Lots of tools and tips and tricks that are immediately applicable in the office and covered a lot of content in a short span of time but made the entire training very engaging and interesting

Kim is a great teacher, incorporating extensive hands-on activities and real-life examples. She provides a fun environment to learn in and is very patient with questions. I enjoyed the class immensely and can't wait to take the next one.

The CSPO class was incredibly engaging and kept my attention from start to finish. Kim’s hands-on approach was a game-changer for me; the practical tools and exercises were super useful and really helped solidify my understanding. Kim’s teaching style made the whole experience enjoyable and insightful. If you’re looking to up your Product Owner game, this course is definitely worth it!

Working with Kim Brainard was more than interactive - it was immersive. She was energetic, outgoing, and thoughtful as she educated and coached us through the training. The lessons and break-out rooms enabled us to first receive the information and then act on it, asking questions as clarifications were needed. Topics were reinforced many times and I passed the CSM the first try.

Kim was an amazing facilitator! She's incredibly knowledgeable in the content and her delivery is dynamic so that it kept my attention. It's rare that a 3-day weekend class would go by so fast. It was interactive and collaborative, Kim's style of teaching the information helped me really learn it and not just memorize the content. Our class and smaller group enjoyed each other and became a team over our time together. Highly recommend, I am already looking into more classes with Kim!

I had Kim Brainard as my instructor for CSM. Her enthusiasm made the class very engaging. She was interactive, not a typical "all slides" instructor, which I was at awe because it's very challenging to do it for an online class. Her creativity made it fun and worthwhile considering it was done on a weekend. It is money well-spent! If you're thinking about taking her class(es), go for it!!!

After seeing the number of hours I had to sit for this workshop, I felt I would lose it and not focus throughout, but Kim's coaching style is so exciting, it keeps you glued, wanting to know more.

I was new to Scrum and Kim did a phenomenal job being able to breakdown the concepts, tools, and framework. The course was engaging and collaborative, and I enjoyed being able to ask questions anytime before, during or after to get more of an understanding of the topic. I would recommend you take the 3 day course with Kim because you will pass your CSM first try.

Just passed the CSM exam on the 1st attempt with a 96%!!! Kim B. is an awesome trainer and coach. I came to the course with some Scrum knowledge and left with more than just prep for a test. We learned practical tools and techniques I can use with my team. This class is not a virtual call with million powerpoint slides, its interactive and collaborative. Be ready to learn and have fun along the way!

Kim was an excellent coach and trainer. I chose her course at Agile Brain Group with basically zero knowledge of scrum and how to get good training, and I struck gold! The way the class was structured was very engaging and interactive, which made this not only enriching in terms of knowledge gained but also a wonderfully grounding experience, getting to know great people, learning from Kim and her expertise, etc. If you are looking to become a CSM, I could not recommend Kim more.

The content was very well organized and Kim is hyper observant and inclusive. She sees what nobody else notices. She removes barriers to learning so everyone can be successful in their CSM journey.

My trainer for the CSM workshop was Kim. Her methods of teaching were very unique - we did a lot of group exercises, where we could practice our knowledge. This allows for a dynamic environment in which you work with a very diverse set of people. This gives you insight into what the Scrum Master role truly is and helps you prepare for your upcoming adventure! I strongly recommend attending her workshop!

I recently completed the ScrumMaster Certification training at the Agile Brain Group and found it to be incredibly informative and engaging.
