appartamento a Monza
Abbiamo affittato un appartamento a Monza per 7 settimane. Lâappartamento in sĂ© Ăš carino e ben posizionato, ma purtroppo non era pulito adeguatamente al nostro arrivo. Câerano molti peli (sembra di cane) sul tappeto e nei cassetti abbiamo trovato briciole e sporcizia.
Durante il soggiorno, abbiamo avuto unâemergenza di sabato a causa della mancanza di elettricitĂ . Purtroppo nessuno era reperibile: abbiamo provato a contattare piĂč volte lâhost, ma senza successo. In una situazione del genere ci si aspetterebbe almeno una risposta o un supporto minimo.
Al momento della partenza ci Ăš stato detto che la cauzione ci sarebbe stata restituita, ma dopo piĂč di un mese stiamo ancora aspettando. Non Ăš professionale. Abbiamo scritto piĂč volte, ma ogni volta riceviamo solo scuse senza una soluzione concreta. Non riusciamo a capire dove sia il problema.
Esperienza deludente, soprattutto per la mancanza di assistenza e serietĂ nella gestione della cauzione.

Ci dispiace sapere che la tua esperienza non sia stata allâaltezza delle aspettative. Ti forniamo di seguito alcune precisazioni in merito a quanto hai scritto.
1. Pulizia allâarrivo
Non ci Ăš stato segnalato tempestivamente alcun problema di pulizia allâingresso. Come sempre indicato, eventuali difformitĂ devono essere riportate entro 48 ore, cosĂŹ da permetterci un intervento rapido. Se ci avessi contattato, avremmo inviato immediatamente il personale per verificare e, se necessario, sistemare la situazione.
2. Emergenza elettrica
Siamo reperibili nelle consuete fasce orarie dâufficio, nel video che ti Ăš stato fornito per lâaccesso alla struttura, viene mostrato anche il locale contatori e lâarea pattumiera, proprio per permettere interventi autonomi in caso di sovraccarico o piccoli disservizi elettrici al di fuori dellâorario di assistenza.
3. Restituzione della cauzione
Come da prassi, la cauzione viene restituita dopo 30 giorni dal check-out, periodo durante il quale il proprietario ha facoltĂ di segnalare eventuali danni o malfunzionamenti.
Nel tuo caso, abbiamo inizialmente avviato il rimborso utilizzando i dati del nominativo che risultava dal contratto. Solo successivamente ci hai segnalato di non averlo ancora ricevuto e a seguito di controlli Ăš emerso che il nominativo e lâIBAN erano errati. Dopo aver ricevuto i dati corretti, abbiamo effettuato il bonifico entro due giorni lavorativi.
In totale, dalla scadenza dei 30 giorni sono trascorsi solo altri 10 giorni solari, dovuti esclusivamente alla necessitĂ di rettificare i dati bancari.
Siamo sempre disponibili al confronto e dispiaciuti se qualcosa non Ăš andato come previsto, ma ci teniamo a precisare che ogni fase della gestione Ăš stata condotta secondo modalitĂ trasparenti e nel rispetto delle tempistiche comunicate.

Era tutto pulito, la casa era bellaâŠanche lo staff molto molto disponibile. Io e il mio gruppo siamo rimasti una notte e siamo in 4. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa non era ne troppo piccola ne troppo grande. Noi avevamo un concerto e era 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento e siamo felicissimi che abbiamo trovato questo appartamento. In tutto siamo soddisfatti da questa esperienza!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location is perfectâjust a short walk to the tram station, which made getting around the city super easy. The owner was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay, always quick to respond and ready to assist with anything I needed. Warning: Avoid this place!
Please be cautious with this property and its hosts â they are extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. We had booked their accommodation in Como for three nights, but we encountered serious issues from the very first night.
This is not an apartment, as advertised. Itâs just a bedroom that has been separated from an apartment â it even has connecting doors that lead directly into the rest of the property. Due to this, there was constant noise, and we had absolutely no privacy.
In addition, construction workers were active in the adjacent unit until 4 AM, making it impossible to sleep. This room is simply not suitable for overnight stays.
There is no parking available, the neighbors are extremely noisy â especially when there's a football match â and the bathroom sink was clogged from day one. A few hours later, even the shower stopped working.
I contacted the hosts via WhatsApp looking for a solution. They promised to refund me since I only stayed for one night, but unsurprisingly, they never followed through. They turned out to be nothing more than skilled liars.
I also reached out to Booking.com because this place doesn't even meet the minimum requirements for a proper stay. I honestly donât understand how it's even licensed.

The accommodation is a fully independent unit with a private entrance and structural separation that ensures privacy and comfort. While it is derived from a larger property, it is completely self-contained and does not share any internal access.
Your report of construction noise during the night was unexpected, as the owner lives right next door and confirmed that no disturbance of any kind occurred. No construction work was carried out at night in or around the property.
As stated clearly in our listing, there is no private parking â only public parking is available in the surrounding area â and this is made transparent prior to booking.
Regarding the bathroom, the owner personally checked the facilities shortly after your message and found everything to be working properly. Both before check-in and after check-out, our cleaning staff confirmed that the shower and sink were fully functional and in perfect condition.
We always do our best to assist guests quickly and helpfully, and we responded promptly via WhatsApp to your messages. However, your claims were not substantiated by any objective findings. This is also why Booking.com did not approve a refund â as there were no grounds for it.
We also noticed that your review history tends to be consistently negative, which raises additional concern that your complaints may have been driven primarily by the expectation of receiving a refund, rather than by real issues with the accommodation.
While we respect all guest feedback, it is important for future guests to know that we are committed to transparency, responsiveness, and maintaining high standards â and we stand by the quality of our property.

We would like to clarify that none of our apartments have ever had issues with mold â especially not on visible surfaces such as above the kitchen table. Our cleaning staff is highly experienced and would never overlook such a serious issue if it were present. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and every unit is thoroughly checked before each guest's arrival.
We are also always available to promptly respond to any concerns, provided they are reported with clear visual evidence immediately after check-in or by the following morning in the case of a late arrival. In such cases, we are more than happy to send our staff for an additional cleaning at no extra cost.
We take the quality of our guests' stay very seriously and always do our best to resolve any issue quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, in this case, we did not receive any verifiable report during your stay, which made it impossible for us to intervene effectively.

Mi sono trovato benissimo
Mi sono trovato benissimo, l'alloggio era molto pulito e ordinato, con attenzione ai dettagli. La cucina,piccola ma ben attrezzata, il letto comodo e il bagno impeccabile.
La zona Ăš molto comoda: ben servita dai mezzi pubblici (metro c fermata mirti e tram a pochi minuti), con supermercati, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Ă un quartiere vivo ma tranquillo, ideale per chi vuole restare un po' fuori dal caos del centro ma con la possibilitĂ comunque di raggiungerlo in poco tempo
Lâhost Ăš stato molto disponibile e la comunicazione Ăš stata semplice e veloce.

In generale il soggiorno Ăš stato positivo ma ci sono alcune attenzioni che andrebbero prese e sarebbero gradite come far trovare dell'acqua in frigo e le capsule per la macchina del caffe.
Inoltre, ho chiesto di prolungare il soggiorno di una notte ma mi hanno risposto che avevano giĂ una prenotazione ma dall'app booking.com mi dava disponibilitĂ
