Working with APML USA was a fantastic experience! My coordinator, Satya, was incredibly helpful throughout my entire move, keeping me informed about the packing team's schedule and ensuring my package arrived safely in the US. I genuinely appreciate the excellent service from APML.

Hiring APML for my relocation from the USA to India was undoubtedly one of the best decisions I ever made! They handled the packing of my belongings with incredible care and precision, ensuring everything was completed right on schedule. The coordination team was truly exceptional, taking a proactive approach that made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had booked for shifting my hunter bike from Ahmedabad to bangaluru. The bike was packed well in front of me at given pick up point on Saturday.
Now, on from Monday,I'm trying to track my consignment, but the tracking page is horrible. There is some error appearing everytime I try to search. I contacted so many times with the authorities but no one is giving proper answer. Hoping for the best.

Response was there but the team changed due to the delay in our decision, but the updates were not coming once packed and taken out.

Satya from APML assisted me throughout the process from quote generation through delivery. In an international move, there are lot of unknowns but Satya was able to provide me with the right level of detail that helped us make an FCL vs LCL decision.

Things that can get better:
- Unpacking crew in India did not come prepared with the right set of tools to assemble
- Proactiveness is needed from the agents after the shipment is cleared customs vs customer chasing at every step

After numerous domestic and international transfers in the last five years, we were dissatisfied with the service we received. For our next move, we knew exactly what we wanted from P&M's. Upon meeting Mr. Francis from Agarwal P&M, our choice was clear. His expertise in international cargo and his deep understanding of client needs were exemplary. True to their word, Agarwal P&M delivered on time, with top-notch quality and service. Had no breakage or missing items on arrival.

The service received in moving from Mumbai to US was very good all through. The packers were
professional and everything arrived in good condition, I had a lot of glassware and it was all intact. I
would recommend Agarwal Packers and Movers LLC to other people.

Overall the experience was satisfactory. Ms. Sylvia handled the entire transportation, which was smooth, communication was throughout clear and transparent. From inception to delivery the documents were handled securely and very reliably. Dealings with government authorities and inspection at the port and re-packing were carried out with utmost care.

Missing item | Worst service on delivery

I availed service to move from Bangalore to Hyderabad and also used their storage services. I was given a cube and told that no one will open it midway.

Upon recieving the items
1. I found one of the boxes missing
2. None of the delivery agents were in APML uniform
3. They didnt have ID
4. They didnt start unloading until 2:30 pm

At each step APML asked me to give money in advance (even storage) but the services they provided were non-professional. Even after raising a complaint for missing item, no one has contacted me from their team.

I have hired the service of Agarwal packers and movers Ltd. For my office relocation work. We were shifting from our old ofc to new one. They were on time and did great job! Would recommend them for sure!

My experience with Agarwal Packers and Movers LLC was great. They offered me timely relocation services for my house. I relocated from Rohini to Noida and i am really impressed with their fast service and professionalism. I would like to recommend them to every one!

Worst experience - No one should opt for Agarwal Packers & Movers service, they charge very high, you may get better option in very less amount & they will damage goods, for the same they pay you nothing as you may have not take high insurance.

The only thing they can improve was delivery timings. I got my package 2 days after the promised date. Besides, everything was amazing.
