Power rack is great
Power rack is great. But communication with company is absolutely terrible. Never got any responses back from messages or from telephone calls. Wanted to change some items on order but could not get through to do it.

Great bench and squat rack! The 20% discount was a nice bonus. The rack feels solid, and the bench is heavy-duty.

I didn't actually make a purchase
I didn't actually make a purchase ! I placed an order that I had to cancel. Again Faster did however deal with the cancellation and refund of funds very effifciently.

Nobody seems to work for this company
Having ordered the wrong kind of dumbbell on Thursday of last week, I immediately realised my mistake have have been trying to cancel the order ever since. There appears to be no option to do it yourself, and nobody seems to answer any form of communication. I have so far tried (multiple times) calling, emailing, the WhatsApp service, and the online chat function, all within normal working hours. The phone line goes to answer machine and all other methods go unanswered or are said to be offline.
This company appears to be an local distribution center for an American manufacture, and I can only assume is being run on a shoestring.
Having bought a lot of similar gym equipment in the past I can only recommend that future prospective customers try a competitor like Mirafit instead, with whom I have always had a prompt response from for any issues encountered.

Great kit but customer service not great
Great quality and good value kit but spoilt by poor customer service: phone never answered, messaging via chat extremely slow, long wait for email reply and poor/no comms about split orders.
Conflicting references to delivery charges at various parts of the website so beware that the actual charge at checkout may not be what youve read and are expecting.

The delay in responding was due to the long bank holiday weekend, while our office was closed. I can see that you received a response first thing Tuesday morning.
We aim to make our shipping charges as transparent as possible. To make it more affordable for smaller orders, we charge fixed rates, determined by order size.
Due to the size and weight of our equipment, some of it may need to be manually handled, as it can't be sorted by machines. The courier may split your order in order to deliver as soon as possible. This is communicated on order confirmations

Terrible experience. Hidden delivery fees. Low to average quality products. Don’t buy from them, they have a big marketing spend but are far from the best place to shop.

The charges that you mention are not shipping costs billed by us, or paid to us. They are for tax and duty, billed by the tax authorities in the country of delivery. We do have a pop up on our website to notify customers of this, as we aim to be as transparent as possible.

worst customer service ever - lied about sending equipment then stopped replying or answering calls still chasing them.
Warning DO NOT USE them have just spoken with someone who is owed 27k from them

Fast delivery, good packaging and courier
We ordered an ex competition rowing machine. The courier was DHL so we received a lot of delivery updates throughout.
The product was well packaged and other than minor cosmetic scuffs, in great condition. It was ready to set up and use immediately. Couldn't be happier with the purchase process.

I can see that an order confirmation was sent at the time of purchase. Our team then contacted you within 2 working days of you placing the order, to provide you with a scheduled delivery date.
Bikes are delivered by our in-house driver, so I'm afraid we're unable to provide tracking that would typically be used by a standard courier. We will look into whether there's a way that we can improve upon this.
