We’re very sorry for any disappointment caused by the cancellation of your order. Unfortunately, ex-event SkiErgs cannot be delivered to Spain, as they cannot be shipped via courier due to their size and customs restrictions.

Expect your gear to break.
Had a set of magnetic clips for a year and a month. They broke so I spoke to Gemma at customer services. Was told they could do nothing for me because I was out of warranty. I was told I should all but expect their equipment to break as soon as it’s out of warranty. First time having issues with this company but the customer service was that poor I’d advice anyone not to buy their equipment.

Absolutely superb transaction. Delivery was smooth & the bench itself I bought was solid & well made. It’s exactly like the ones you see in the gym but at least £60 cheaper than other suppliers. Can’t recommend them enough.

Good product - lousy shipping and the packaging
The product (stainless barbell) itself is absolutely fine, I enjoy it, but the shipping and the packaging was very disappointing. The logistics company (fedex) did a lousy job by mislabeling my package in the depot (so it got lost for several day's) and ripped the package open, so the barbell was exposed to moisture and dirt. Imagine, you pay more than 100Euro for shipping and packaging with the described result, would you be happy? Again Faster should change its logistics partner for shipments to EU, if there is a desire for better ratings.

Cable machine
Cable machine. Machine itself arrived in record time. Just that it was missing the essential weight plates to be able to assemble it. After a prompt to AF, three quarters of the plates have arrived. A week later it’s all still in boxes waiting for the last five plates with no update. Looks like another week before I can use it.
