Advisor Was Professional And Personal

My wife and I have just signed up for services with this company and we were very impressed with our pre-planning advisor, Peni. His professionalism and knowledge of the services was balanced with a personally authentic and calm manner and straightforward communications style. The contract itself was simpler than those of competitors'. So although this phase alone is not enough to judge what eventual service performance will be, this was a welcome start.

We got just what we wanted and nothing more.
