Aiden was very patient and supportive. He answered all my questions and helped with concerns. Whenever I called he would return calls quickly. At the lowest point in my life (losing my son), he felt like a friend.

The postal service that delivered his remains, just left him on the back porch. I was dismayed to find the box sitting out there. They were supposed to notify and get a signature.

I was led to believe that the $450.00 I put down was going towards the total cremation price of 800.00 this was not told to me over the phone, PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT, so in essence the price was $1,295.00 never was this mentioned over the phone to me, so when they say 800.00 NO THAT IS NOT TRUE.

Thank you so much for making the process so easy and stress-free. After making arrangements online with a brief phone call to finalize the details, it was seamless. Consistent updates throughout and always handled with the greatest respect and compassion. All at an affordable price with no upselling. Highly recommend :)

I was in quite a bind when my husband passed away and had to locate a company that would pick him up in a very limited amount of time. You guys were great and very sincere and would truly recommend you to anyone.

My husband and I are snowbirds and wanted to purchase a prepaid cremation plan so that whenever our time comes to leave this earth, our kids wouldn’t be left with the burden of getting the arrangements made. I called several cremation plan companies before I called After. Jackson was so kind, informative, and non pressured. He took all the time to answer our questions, then ended the call saying, “I’m here when you are ready to make your decision.” Wow! Every single other company immediately tried to pressure us into purchasing their plans, without even allowing us to ask questions. And the icing on the cake, After was the most affordable!! I highly recommend After.
