We recently ordered the Milano 100 retractable screen. The package had obviously been dropped by FEDEX and we had to contact affordable screens for a few replacement parts. They helped us identify the parts needed and shipped them to us within days. They were super cordial and helpful. They went the extra mile to make our purchase perfect. I'm 70 years old. All I wanted was a screen. After waiting 3 weeks I got it, BENT! Yes they will replace the bent piece after I measure blablabla. I don't have a measure. I just wanted s screen without the hassle. Asked if the would take it back and got big fat nope!
