Had my car seat fixed by Fibrenew Dix Hills and it came out great. I was so impressed I had to create a g mail account to make this review

Fibrenew Dix Hills is the best at repairing leather and vinyl. I had them repair my Cadillacs leather seats and the seating in my restaurant. I recommend Fibrenew Dix hills to anyone needing vinyl and leather repaired.

Recently, I googled companies in my area that specialized in doing reupholstering for armrest car consoles and I discovered “Fibrenew”. And, after reading some good reviews about their work I decided to contact them. Let me just say “Wow”! This company is very good and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs some reupholstering done to any vinyl leather in their car.

Specifically, I contacted the Havertown, Pa location and dealt with their service representative, Daniel Schwartzman. Daniel was awesome! He was very responsive, professional, courteous and prompt. From day 1, Daniel kept in contact with me about the service I inquired about and he did not disappoint when I tell you what a fantastic job he did for me!

Again, I wish I could give this company a 10-star rating because they hit a “grand slam”⚾️ right out of the park with the excellent work they performed on my armrest console. And, I’ll definitely use them again should I have any needs in the future.

Trying to find some experts for the vinyl restoration of our professional exercise equipment, I wrote twice to the regional branch of Fibrenew, here in Eastern Canada. Same website as indicated above, but for our specific region. On their site the only contact info provided is a name, a phone number and an email address, but no location.
After writing twice I got a phone call from an agent. At first I felt optimistic, the man promised to get back to me within 24h. But it wasn't that easy...
To make a short story even shorter, I had to push to get an answer back, could they do the job or not? What followed next contradicted everything I was told on the phone the only time I could reach someone. After being given a quote on the phone that 1st time, they changed their mind and well... I was then told 3 times that I should go to their workshop instead, that they finally could not provide the on-site service (our equipment can't be moved). Those 3 times I asked back about their address: where IS their workshop? Never got an answer.
The final last so evasive message I received made me think that either these people don't seem to need contracts, or they do not want to work. That text came from a lady who said she was not going back to work until the end of January. That she would then be glad to take my contract, later on yes... BUT only at the time she would decide on doing so, at her convenience solely. Raising so many uncertainties, no one would trust that as an answer right? This ain't no way to do business, is it?
It's weird, they show no address at all on their website but in their advertisement they seem willing to do business with the entire eastern area of the city, outskirts included! And still we have no clue where they are located.
Also I believe that every company on the web is legally bound to display an address, even the online-only companies... My impression, I might be wrong. But as mentioned in a previous comment found here, this is a strange way to do business.
So I made my mind up, I'll have to find the fabric and do the job by myself. It's quite disappointing though since the comments from customers who were actually able to be serviced by these people seemed very positive.
It's just a very unorthodox way to be in business. It seems a little bit manipulative... In my eyes when you can't do the job you don't advertise.

Since the summer 2022, we contacted Fibrenew to have our leather couch & loveseat repaired. After a dozen communications with them apologizing and saying they'll get back shortly about a date/time they never did after 5-6 months! It's really no way to run a business. If they are too busy, they should just let you know but instead they keep you hanging.

If you need to get a great repair on your vinyl on your boat, you must call Fibrenew of Port Charlotte. Craig Aunchman is a fantastic artist. His repairs are so good that you cannot tell where the area was that he repaired. Five stars is not enough to rate this expert.

My husband and I turned to FibreNew when looking for someone to restore a worn area on a leather seat for a car we had purchased used about 6 months ago. We sent photos of the seat and in a short time we had an estimate and an appointment with Matt Brown, the rep who services our area. He showed up right on time and was efficient and professional in his work. Within an hour, we were amazed to see that the area had not only been repaired, but it was almost impossible to notice unless you knew where to look in the first place! We will use FibreNew and Matt Brown for any leather repairs we may need in the future and would highly recommend their service to anyone!
