Rude advisor and borderline terrible…
Rude advisor and borderline terrible advice. Online portal does not work and for some weird reason they refused to take a manual payment via telephone which has resulted in me incurring a higher direct debit.

I had a very bad experience
I had a very bad experience, I have an ongoing leak from in my property . Damaged my kitchen cabinets and I call every day and no one can give me a clear answer. They continuously lie to me and so frustrated. Worse experience I ever had with a utility company
