Beautiful boots!
I recently got a pair of Belinda boots from Aeyde and I absolutely love them! I’ve been wanting a pair of new boots for a while now and was very happy when I discovered this amazing brand. I was a little unsure about certain things such as sizing or how customs and taxes work, as I live in Switzerland, but the customer care team was very quick and helpful with their response and recommendations. I would definitely recommend Aeyde to anyone who loves shoes as much as I do!

Be careful with returns as taxes not refunded
The shoes at aeyde are beautiful. However, I am very disappointed by the lack of transparency in their return policy for international customers. I was not refunded the taxes on a pair of shoes I returned even though their website clearly states that duties are included in the price. I reached out to them and they asked me to go to my ‘local customs office to get my taxes back’ which is unreasonable. Their website does not state that taxes are not returned. I’ve never experienced this with other online retailers and they have lost me as a customer.

We kindly let you know that in countries where our e-commerce enablement partner is not registered as an international seller, such as Canada, we are unable to reclaim the taxes and duties on behalf of the customer and this needs to be done by the customers themselves.
Unfortunately, this refund on taxes and duties process is something that we are unable to change from our side.
That said, we will take your feedback on board and will work towards making this process more transparent for our customers on Aeyde.com.

Shocking service from the first contact when I contacted them about the faulty shoes I had been sent.
No notification they had received the returned product and after a month clearly no intention to issue a refund
