Worst company I've ever seen in my life. I made a purchase #with this company I paid 342 euros with a shipping fee and on the day of delivery the company transdel fast said I had to pay 264 more to the carrier. This has been a week and I didn't receive the product or the money back.

So far, I’ve been very impressed! This place is great.
Items seem to be packaged well for overseas shipping. It looks like the box taken some throws but the contents were in good shape. This was a larger order than the last one I placed with this vendor, and it took a lot longer than when I had only placed an order for one item. I think it probably had to go spend a little more time being Inspected by customs since all items, come from Korea and I’m mid USA. Having said that, I would definitely recommend this place. This first order I placed, the shipping was lightning speed from
Korea to USA. The second was reasonable for intercontinental shipping. So far, I’m a really big fan!

It has been a month since I paid for my order and it still has not shipped and no one will get back with me when I email the customer service. It was $300 worth of product.

Lightening fast shipping with tracking was wonderful. Customer service was so helpful and quick to respond.They also sent a free gift in my package that I did not expect. AMAZING prices by far from the other websites I’ve ordered from. Shipping seems to be 5-7days which doesn’t bother me at all. I can see how others wouldn’t care for the slow service. I order lemon bottle fat dissolvers the price was way cheaper paid $155.95. They seem to always have sales going so that’s a major plus. Customer service response very fast. Definitely will be ordering from this company for now on

Scammers
Not a good one. Only one response to emails I’ve sent. Website doesn’t offer a lot of info on shipping times and where from. No shipping updates as promised. I think this company is fraudulent. They don’t state that there products are shipped from Korea but they have an address of MO. Or how long you can expect your order to take to ship out. And customer service is lacking in professionalism. I would assume that’s the American based part of the business. The Koreans I’ve dealt with in the past have always been professional and about tracking numbers and emails on delays.
I got an email back saying here’s your tracking number AGAIN who’s the scammers now. Very professional!
Delivery date 7/5 from Korea. Nabota is suppose to be delivered chilled. Not sure how that’s going to happen it “said” it was shipped out on 6/23. Worst experience. Pls make sure when ordering any product like this that the website clarifies where it’s shipping from. I thought it was a local USA retailer. I think they just drop ship.

Connie we are not fraudulent, and we have replied to 18 emails from you since you placed your order. Which my team answered to multi emails from you in the same day. You placed your order during one of our FLASH Sales which is really hard to get everyone's orders out quickly. Also, a holiday followed shortly after the sale. You are very rude to the employees that have done nothing but helped you. I apologize that we can't work and send out your order at your unrealistic timeframe. We sent out a few emails to you to make sure you're getting our emails since you emailed stating that you never received tracking info, which you received your package on June 28th but I show we sent it the same day you asked for it. As well as PayPal sending you your tracking information. Calling us a scammer after giving you a discount off your order to make things right is crazy. Aesthetics-shop is based in the us and currently shipping from our warehouse that's located in Korea this is just temporary. Again, I apologize you had a bad experience but being nasty and rude to our employees isn't very nice of you.
