Love this company. The products are genuine. They are very reasonable priced. They make it to you in a timely manner. The customer service part is great to! Whenever you message them they allways respond shortly after and ate willing to help you with whatever issue. I will continue to be a customer at aesthetics- shop.

After having problem with customs and Fedex for 2 months,they resend the products again and received my package in few days with usps.This was my second order,and the products are great quality.WIill order again.

If you order from here you better hope everything turns out of because if there are any issues with your order at all don’t expect any resolution. They have horrible customer service. You can see they only respond on here to people that give them praise while ignoring the people that have had issues with them.

This the by far the worst company. My product never arrived and after writing several emails I got no response. No refund issued. I will not be ordering again and I will be letting everyone know not to order from this site.

I prefer to have to be home to sign for it. It did not get dropped off i had to go to the post office and pick it up. The notice they left on the door got blown away by the wind and got lost under a hose. Of I didn't look in that area I would have never known it was there. So no signature required next time please. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Helpful to be sent coupons or gain points for purchases. Also being told along with shipping recipient has to pay tariffs

Paid $130 and Still Have Nothing – Complete Failure to Deliver or Refund. I paid approximately $130 for an order with Aesthetics-Shop about a month ago, and I have received neither the product nor a refund. This feels like the company has simply kept my money while providing no meaningful resolution.
The shipment was sent through a courier, but my apartment number was omitted from the address — a basic error I have never experienced with any other retailer. There was only one reported delivery attempt, even though I was home at the time, and no further attempts were made.
When I contacted customer support, I was repeatedly and incorrectly directed to the Post Office, which I did go in person to and despite it having no involvement in the shipment. Initial responses quickly turned into complete silence. No updates, no solutions, and no accountability.
More than a month later, my order is still listed as "outstanding," I have no product, and the company continues to hold my $130. This goes far beyond poor customer service — it is a total failure to fulfill a paid order combined with an unwillingness to resolve the issue.
I expected a reputable company to either deliver what I paid for or promptly refund my money. Instead, I’ve been left with nothing after multiple breakdowns in their process. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Aesthetics-Shop.
I strongly urge the company to immediately deliver the order or issue a full refund. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic fulfillment after payment.

Aesthetics Shop has wonderful customer service with fast deliveries. I was shocked when I ordered on Tuesday afternoon with my delivery arriving on my porch Thursday morning. Not all have been that quick, but definitely quicker than other suppliers! 10/10 will order again.
