I ordered a pack of vacuum bags on Feb. 3 and it took over 3 weeks for the items to ship. I reached out inquiring about shipping times and got an immediate response. My issue is with delivery. I live in a city and I got an email stating the items were delivered to a “door/yard” meaning they left my package at an external door of my apartment complex. Needless to say, I never found my package. I’ve reached out to get a refund and the company is ghosting me. I’ve emailed 2 times over the last 10 days and also messaged them on Instagram. Based on comments on their instagram, it seems like they do this to a lot of people if you ask for a return or refund.

The Aerless Vacuum Kit works really well. The used materials, bags, zipper, are of good quality. And you do actually save space. Do you really need it? Of course not.

I purchased the travel vacuum sealer and it was incompatible. I contacted Aerless they offered 20% refund and keep the item or I could return. Why would I keep something I can’t use? In the email they sent a link that goes NOWHERE! Multiple attempts to reach Aerless is unsuccessful. They are a scam. I will be reporting them to the Attorney General..

I have not used the Aerless bags nor the Weekender yet, but I can say that they arrived as promised.
The material is sturdy as described, and I believe they will provide the intended service very well
In my case I think the weekender, although made with light material, once packed following the Aerless guidelines it could become too heavy for me. I prefer one with wheels to move around in a busy airport. Thanks.
I am amending my review 26 days after my original one, to say that although my opinion of the bags has not changed, my opinion on the
Aerless company business practices has drastically changed: I contacted them to return the Weekender travel bag because they advertise “100-day Money back guarantee” and “100 day hassle free returns”, but within the 100-days, four times I have requested instructions on how to return the Weekender travel bag, and they have been ignoring my request. They do not keep their promise of “hassle free returns”, buy the product ONLY if you are sure you will keep it. Aerless appears to be not an honest company.

I recently picked up the Aerless vacuum bag set for an upcoming trip, and I’m really happy with it. The bags are sturdy, simple to use, and they make a noticeable difference in how much space I have in my carry-on.

The hand pump is small and lightweight, so it’s easy to bring along. That makes it very convenient if you need to compress your clothes again while traveling.

Overall, it’s a really useful travel accessory. Frequent travelers will definitely appreciate how much easier it is to fit more into a suitcase. ✈️

The whole company sucks. My bags are sitting on my front porch as of this review -due to Aerless lying about delivery timing. They took almost a month to arrive EVEN THOUGH I paid for an express shipping. I left for the vacation for which I bought the bags before delivery despite emailing since day one . Those folks are liars. They just sent me an email asking to rate them and if u select anything less than five stars, you get redirected to their site for more purchase or review there- but four or five stars took me straight to Trustpilot. Thank goodness Trustpilot doesn’t play those dubious games with reviews. Aerless is NOT a 5 star business - what a disappointment!!!

I placed my order 2/6 and haven’t received it yet horrible customer service will never use you again Order #1390226. I’m waiting for some sort of credit. I think this website is a scam. My order was crap and they have done nothing to accommodate me.

Easy to order came in good time. However i thought the vacuum pump was not as strong as advertised. I also look forward to the carryon actually being able to be vacuum pumped as well to lessen the bulk. Any chance that could be in the works?

Couldn’t tell you if the product is good or not. Ordered it 10 days ago with no updates on shipping. I have no idea when it will arrive. Will update if it ever arrives and warrants a better rating. Overall, wish the company was more transparent about shipping origins and timing.

I was really worried about taking my bag to the airport as I'd never been with diving gear in it. The problem is it that wetsuits take up a lot of space! But not with my new aerless compression bag. Everything was just "squished" down it was amazing just how much space it frees up allowing me to take more clothes for nights out for when I wasn't in the sea! Great product 🙂

I haven’t traveled yet with the Aerless system but I have done a “practice pack”. We will be traveling for 21 days with multiple weather scenarios along the way. Additionally, we will need casual and dressy clothes so being prepared with minimal luggage was a challenge. I packed with the Aerless system and left my clothes packed for 24 hours. I was amazed at what I was able to get into our luggage and so happily surprised that our clothes, when unpacked, were no more wrinkled than if I had packed without the Aerless system! Being able to take more clothes will let me avoid spending precious vacation time on laundry - what a great bonus!

I started using Aerless vacuum bags for packing. This is a real game changer we travel frequently and do not like large suitcases. The product is absolutely high quality. I recently had an issue with the vacuum an reached out to the contacted me in one day and replaced the item

This product is flawless. The vinyl poaches are sturdy. The whole thing fits perfectly in a small suitcase. Being airless, the clothes on arrival are as they had been put in: nothing had moved.

Just traveled to the Galapagos with one carry on and my day pack. Loved using Aerless as it was easy to use and saved lots of space. More than the 15 items they claim. Saved me time getting through customs without a bag to check.

The quality of your product is far superior than others. Shipping could be quicker and communication would be appreciated if a shipment is delayed.
