BIG MISTAKE
Ordered 1st., delivered 9th.
I live two miles from the mill so, previously, I could visit and return home in 20 minutes. Shop closure and UPS delivery is a BIG mistake.
Surely you can improve on 'local' deliveries?

Our apologies Mr Jones but we locked down our business on Tuesday 31 August having suffered a Covid outbreak amongst our staff. The situation has been and continues to be extremely stressful for all our employees with multiple positive cases.

Have being buying this particular wild bird food for years.
Have being buying this particular wild bird food off of A.E James for years - but now the shop is closed - so I had it delivered, the seed is excellent as always the birds love it - but the delivery was an hour and a half late.
