My experience of Aegis Legal LTD was very good at the beggining. Sadly my case wasn't being picked up by anyone. Thankfully, towards the end of my case period Laura Ward took over the case and made huge progress in such short time. She is a credit to the firm. I wished she was involved much earlier on during the case. Ian Bevan did also support before Laura.
I guess it shows a firm can recover and do well when the right people are working. I think Aegis had learnt a lot during this period.
I'm glad Laura Ward advocated for me to recover my compensation claim money through excellent negotiation skills and diligence.
I'd recommend others as I feel Aegis will be working hard towards quality assurance of case handling and client satisfaction.
