If you purchased module Q21-1076-2-100 and the Kenworth dealership confirmed the unit you received is actually Q21-1075-2-100, that’s a serious part number discrepancy. With electronic control modules like CECUs, even a small variation in the suffix can prevent programming and proper operation.

We also apologize if you’ve had difficulty getting a clear resolution after contacting us multiple times. When it comes to semi-truck electronic control modules and heavy-duty truck parts, accurate part numbers and quick resolution are critical to getting you back on the road.

If you were told by a salesperson that the turbocharger was new and you received a rebuilt or remanufactured unit instead — without being clearly notified — that is understandably frustrating. The distinction between new OEM and rebuilt turbochargers is extremely important, especially for diesel and heavy-duty truck applications.

At Advanced Truck Parts, product condition (new, OEM, remanufactured, or used) should always be clearly identified on the invoice and in the listing. If there was any miscommunication or fulfillment error, we take that seriously and want to review it immediately.
