I needed a special code paint that 5 other paint shops could not do, I called Advances paint on Monday morning and on Tuesday evening I got the paint, perfect match, I'm very impressed with the service provided, the lady on the phone was very polite took my order in less than 2 min.

Hasn’t apologised for sending the wrong colour and even that colour was incorrectly labelled . Customer service is appalling and I am struggling to get my money back . Avoid them like the plague. Genuinely an awful company and one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune of ordering from! Will I ever see my money back ?! Probably not! Customer service Reagan is rude and unhelpful .

WOW, the team at Advanced Paints really pulled out all the stops for us when we were up against it. We ordered a tin of external paint on a next day delivery but unfortunately the delivery didn't arrive. On calling their helpline, Advanced Paints initially advised that they couldn't offer a Saturday delivery, however once they learnt I had a Tradesman booked, they arranged to despatch for a Saturday morning delivery. The team were really friendly and helpful throughout and I would recommend them to others.

Defective paint and poor customer service. I ordered a tin of 1k enamel paint which hasn't dried after months and months of being correctly applied, and was told by their unhelpful customer service that it was applied incorrectly and that nothing could be done. Please save your time and money and purchase elswhere from a better company

There is a great team behind this company! My first time using clostermann paints and I would 100% recommend to anyone in the industry or even someone who's getting into paint. Great prices on professional quality products that helped me achieve a flawless finish. The basecoat was a really good colour match to the original paint code. The advanced paint team supported me throughout my project by answering all my queries promptly and supplying me with a data sheet for every product. I would highly recommend this company not only because of their high standard products, but also their friendly and helpful team. Need more companies like this!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Read on
I have purchased some of their so called "Premium" basecoat. When I sprayed it, after 2 coats large patches of the paint all bubbled up, like it was paint stripper! It actually removed the old existing paint to the bear structure

I contacted Advanced paints and they sent me two documents on "Causes" for paint "so called" wrinkling" These causes they state were just pointing blame to the user. Also, their customer service in dealing with this was very poor

I have been spraying for many years as I restore and paint motorcycle race replicas. So, I have used many paints from various manufactures. I know what is right and what is wrong

Just to confirm I used Advanced Paints 2k primer and their Basecoat Thinner. I was not using any other manufactures products

I had to completely strip down and remove the contaminated paint. I got paint from another supplier and sprayed that with no problems whatsoever. SO JUST AVOID THIS COMPANY

Painted some damage on my car, which looked great when 1st done. The paint seems to be the wrong stuff, (I ordered 1k) as it has got big lines and scratches in it over time. It now looks terrible. Advanced paints have ignored my request for help. Not recommended as I have to sand it all back and start again. Loads of time and money wasted. ***Edit I got some 1k paint from a local supplier in May 2022 and repainted it without anhy problem, which suggests the paint Advanced supplied was rubbish**

I do not recommend this site do not buy. Paid I did not receive my package or refund
