I ordered a pack of three paints supplying the registration and paint code. I was sent the incorrect colour. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone when I contacted them. Instead an AI bot took two weeks to refund me 50% of the paint price. Terrible company and would never use again. Next stop; trading standards

Please stay well cear of this so called paint company I paid nearly £70 and £5 for next day delivery for to it to arrive 2 days later and leaking and they actually had the cheek to offer me £3 refund i asked for a full refund and to send the paint back they are totally useless also they will not give me a contract number for me to call them I rung the shop and speak to a man that was as helpful a chocolate teapot!! Please do yourself a favour and get you paint from somewhere that if you have a problem they will resolve it.

Not a good first experience. The order took 5 days to deliver instead of the 2-3 days advertised because they use Evri. The customer service wasn't very helpful and when the order did arrive there was an item missing that is key to the process so still can't proceed. I won't be using them again because something that should be completed in 2-3 days is going to go into its second week.

An absolutely shocking company with regards to poor product description, communication, lack of ownership and refusal of refund! I ordered what I thought was an off the shelf generic colour of paint. I received a text message to say my order had been received and that was it. Website advised 2-3day delivery. No updates and arrived after about a week. The paint was in a box wrapped in parcel tape, no paperwork enclosed with order number. When I got to the paint I found it was pre-mixed by rapid paints (not advertised as this) and the tin had no colour name on it. When I opened the paint and did a test patch it was world's away from the shade I was expecting, which I needed to fit in with already decorated finishes. I brought this to their attention straight away, 10 emails later still no ownership by them, adamant that they sold the shade I asked for, which whilst I didn't expect an exact match, I did expect to get atleast the correct colour family. No offer of refund, just thankyou for your comments. Don't waste your money, avoid at all costs and stick to reputable companies with decent customer service!

Rapid paints Will take no responsibility for their delivery service customer service is appalling has taken 3 emails and online chat over 4 days to get a response. They refuse to refund and have to take it up with my bank

Great company to deal with, very competitive pricing and super fast delivery.

I've bought off these guys a few times now and find them great value for money. The paint match and quality of the ready to use paint is excellent. I've bought paint for a 98 Ducati and 2003 ZX9R and both have been great matches.

I ordered a RAL coloured spray from Rapid paint and after plenty of shaking the colour is absolutely nothing like the RAL colour I ordered.
So first problem, wrong colour.
Second problem, no telephone number.
Third problem, took 3 emails to get a response.
Fourth problem, I suggested returning the full can so they could look into the issue. To my amazement I got a reply witha copy of their terms stating they don't allow returns!!!@
I'm not trying to return an unwanted spray can, I'm returning a faulty product.
Obviously they think that their customers are expendable.

Happy to order from them.
I don't want to exaggerate my experience with them, but two things are important. First price, which is the lowest and the second is the fast delivery time for the free delivery option.
I am going to order from them again...

The p1000 wet and dry paper is of good quality and price. All purchases to date have been received quickly and well packaged, can't fault it.

The product was dispatched very quickly and was well packaged preventing any damage in transit. The price was very reasonable and the product was of high quality.

The mahogany paint which I received was in good condition after what looks like a lot of care given to the paint can making sure there were no spills ect in transit.
Using the paint was as easy as - stir thoroughly -make sure the surface was clean and ready for application- then carefully apply! it is a thick paint which covered well, even so I gave the surface a second coat, the paint drys very fast so make sure you are ready with any tools. The surface which I painted was a PVC window sill, the colour match was very close to original.
I tried a roller application which lifted some of the paint so reverted to a brush, a good quality brush will be required in my opinion simply because of the drying speed, it was a sunny day?
The results which are there to see are excellent,
I would definitely use this paint again onto PVC, maybe next time getting a matt rather than satin, overall i would recommend Rapid paints for a good service and an excellent paint!

I am very pleased with the 1E7 Silver Toyota Hiace paint supplied by Rappid Paints, the match is perfect. I bought the base cost and lacquer finish and plan to buy another two cans.

Superb product needed a match for some soffit vents to Match the facias etc so chose this spray which was perfect

Excellent service provided with the item being well packaged and delivered on time. The paint itself is of excellent quality giving a perfect finish, all at a very reasonable price. I have been using Rapid Paints for about 3 years now and I have always been delighted with their pricing, service and quality of product.
At my local paint supplier, I typically end up paying around £44 a litre for solvent base. @ Rapid, it's usually around £33 a litre and I can thin this paint 100% (1 to 1) whereas the local supplier I can only thin 70%, so increasing the cost saving.
Finally the delivery times are very good - often next day, but usually two days which is great.
