Good
I was happy with everything except the nipple clamps were broken. The chain wasn't attached to both sides when i opened it, and it was missing the link to try to fix it.

Hi Robert,
Tx for the review. Unfortunately with sizing all we can do is to try and be as accurate as possible in the description. Anna will call you to offer you a discount on the correct size.

Happy everything went smoothly.
Didn't send item at all
Ordered items express post, 2 business days later had nothing. Used online help to enquire as the tracking said it "hadn't been scanned yet". They told me that it was out of their hands and was an Australia Post issue. Was told I would be contacted via email to follow up. 3 days later I received a refund on paypal with the note "Item not sent, returned to stock". No follow up email to explain.
So not only did they tell me that once it was sent they could do nothing, it took almost 5 days for them to tell me (via a refund) the item was never even sent.
Will not shop from them again. Terrible experience. At least I got my money back.

Hi Joel,
You placed your order on December 7th and your order was packed and ready to ship on the 8th.
Eon 08/12/2016 17:10:48 True Dispatched Your order #R19760 has been dispatched
Australia Post Tracking ID: 60803787142091
The tracking number is issued from our warehouse and becomes active once Australia Post scans the item in on collection at our warehouse.
It was in the Australia Post mailing bag ready for pick up when you contacted Anna and notified her that if we could not guarantee overnight delivery you did not want the goods sent and wanted a refund - we cannot guarantee overnight delivery with Australia Post these days (especially leading up to Xmas). Anna actually had shipping go through the mailing bag and search through it to retrieve your package so it would not be sent.
On Monday 12th you were refunded in full for your purchase and post.
anna.xsales@gmail.com 12/12/2016 10:52:04 False Dispatched order not sent - returned to stock - refund to be given to Joel.
Anna will contact you sometime today but it is difficult for me to understand that you are upset that the item was not sent when you requested for it not to be sent and be refunded unless we guaranteed overnight delivery.
Policy Violation: Inaccurate and Misleading Information
Joel’s review misrepresents our actions by implying negligence and poor customer service, despite his request to cancel the order unless we could guarantee overnight delivery—an option explicitly communicated as not feasible due to third-party provider constraints (Australia Post). Trustpilot’s guidelines specify that reviews should be accurate and refrain from presenting misleading or defamatory content, especially when it conflicts with documented facts.
Grounds for Removal:
Inaccuracy: The review incorrectly asserts that we failed to send the item, leading the reader to believe that we neglected or mishandled the order. However, per Joel’s request, the item was intentionally retrieved from the mailing bag to prevent shipment, and a full refund was issued. The review omits this essential context, which would clarify that we followed his instructions precisely.
Defamatory Tone and Misleading Statements: This review implies intentional delay and poor customer service, which is both inaccurate and potentially defamatory, particularly as Joel was refunded immediately upon request. In Australia, under the Defamation Act 2005, defamatory statements that could cause unjustified reputational harm may warrant correction or removal. The misleading nature of the review could unjustly impact our reputation despite documented compliance with Joel’s cancellation request.
Supporting Documentation:
Order history records and email correspondence confirm that Joel requested a cancellation if next-day delivery couldn’t be guaranteed.
The refund was issued within the timeframe requested, as detailed in our reply, further proving that we acted in accordance with the customer’s instructions.
Request for Review Removal We respectfully request that this review be removed, as it fails to provide an accurate account of the customer’s experience and misleads other users by implying negligence that is unsupported by factual records. Removing this review would be consistent with Trustpilot’s guidelines, ensuring fair and truthful representations that allow customers to make well-informed decisions.

Really? That $250 item I bought maybe 3 months ago has already broken from what I would call "general use". A piece of plastic to hold a motor that goes 90!!??
Tried to fix it but it just breaks now...i cannot believe it is held with plastic! Fair dinkum

Hi Jay,
Trust pilot is a service rating site to rate the service provided by online businesses - it is not a product review site. How did we service your order? Did we dispatch the product to you expediently? Was our communication clear and polite?
I note you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased and if you wish to leave a product review regardless whether it is good or bad it can be done here -

If you can contact Anna either by email anna.xsales@gmail.com or ph- 02 9533 8803 or our online chat line we would like to try to ensure that you are totally satisfied with our service and offer some form of resolutions for your issues with the product purchased.

Hi Muhammad,
i note that you purchased Super Dragon Male delay spray. It is important that you use the product specifically as directed as if you use too much it will cause a burning sensation. With this product less is more.
The purpose of trust pilot is to rate our service - not the products we sell - there is a link for you to leave product reviews that are published on the product information page.
How was our service? Did you receive the product expediently? Did we provide tracking details? If you made queries were they responded promptly and courteously?
I will have one of our customer service consultants contact you to offer to provide you further information about the product you purchased.
Rick
