Frustrating experience with faulty product and Lack of trust
I purchased this product a while ago, and unfortunately, it turned out to be faulty—the battery lasts only about three minutes before draining completely. They offered to send me a replacement, but if the new one works, I'd be charged a $10 postage fee.
I don't see any reason why I would lie about the product being defective. I have tried everything I could and followed the steps that were recommended. However it still didn’t work. Besides, If I return it and they send me a new one, it's not just about the replacement—it's about the hassle. I have to deal with back-and-forth emails (seven exchanges so far), run to the post office, have the product checked, and then wait another 4-5 days for the replacement to arrive.
This entire experience has been frustrating, especially because it feels like they don't trust their customers when they claim the product is faulty. It's a lot of inconvenience on my end, and I don't feel like that’s being acknowledged.

We're sorry to hear that your product isn't working as expected that you are choosing not to send it back to us for a replacement, which is via FREE reply paid post. You don't even have to visit a Post Office to send it back to us, just label it with the reply paid address and put it in any mail box.
The issue about requiring the item back in order to send a warranty replacement is not about trust, it is the fact the manufacturer of the product requires the product back in order to honour the warranty. This is pretty much standard practice across all retail sales in Australia.
We are trying to help you resolve this issue and more than happy to issue a replacement or a refund (if you prefer) once we have the item back and can confirm it is faulty.
