Service was brilliant
Service was brilliant . Is there a male penis massager that is for a bigger penis. I have tried a few now and while I’m not huge they all seem a little small which is uncomfortable and therefore off putting?

The Mr Hook that I purchased let me down the controller was faulty and didn't work without been plugged in to charging cable.
The Mr Hook that I purchased, the controller won't work without the charging cable plugged in a left it on charge for 8 hours and still once unplugged it didn't turn on. The penis pump on line didn't specify that you had to have your own shaft ring.

not at all what you think
firstly I was charged for my product then a couple of days later (when I was expecting my order) was told that I cancelled it, I sent them an email reply saying that I had not and they sent an email back saying that they thought I was a RISK! AND THE ORDER WAS FRAUDULENT, after sending yet another email saying that I'm over 18, or is this because I'm using a VPN? (because quite frankly I don't want those who collect information to know which sex toys I buy). They sent yet another email saying they apologise for any "confusion" and I can order it again....now on to the product, I did my homework and checked the tech specs (an inch is 2.5cm so 20cm is 8inch) but even before I opened the box it said 5inch insertable length, which would make the bubble at the bottom 3inch right?... wrong, it's 1inch, then I found a ruler (which I haven't done since high school) and sure enough it's not 8inch at all. So after all that I went through, and then looking at this baby d**k sized product, I just boxed it back up and started the first review of my life......SO DISAPOINTED

Thank you for your review and we a disappointed to hear that the product you purchased does not match your expectations.
Our website clearly states the full length of this product and the insertable length as specified by the manufacturer under "Tech Specs" on the product detail page, to help customers make informed decisions on which products will suit their body and pleasure needs.
Our Warehouse Team have reviewed the product in question (and measure one) and found the overall length was a mere 3mm shorter than specified by the manufacturer which could be accounted for with "rounding" when converting from imperial to metric measurements.
