Here are the reasons you should NOT buy from this company (in no particular order):

1.   The responses I get from customer service are  condensing and full of excuses.  They actually blamed a family sickness for their ungodly shipping turnaround on their IG page!  Is this a business or a day care?  Totally unprofessional!  "Have a lovely day!"

2.   My first order only came with one pouch for four earrings.  The replacement pouches were mis-matched and couldn't fit in the boxes.

2.  The timing of your shipping is horrible - takes over 10 days to receive an order with a 14 day return policy.  I placed one order on December 7 and didn't receive the product until December 24. Kind of hard to believe they are based out of New York unless New York is in China.

3.  The earrings don't fit a normal person's ear - unless you're a cabbage patch kid doll. They are impossible to secure and are horrible quality - not worth the price tag at all!  Most of the posts on the earrings were misshaped or bent when received.

4.  SPOILER ALERT - The wrong earrings were sent in my second order!  You may be asking…Why would I place two orders if I was already frustrated with my first order?  Good question, because dumb me thought that I was buying a pair of earrings for that price tag, not one.  Admittedly, my mistake, but does not excuse what is to come in my little adventure with ADORNMONDE..

 5.  After I requested a refund and returned all 8 of my earrings in the SAME BOX...they had the nerve to come back to me and say that they only received 4 earrings  YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO WEAR THESE EARRINGS SO WHY ON EARTH WOULD I KEEP 4?   They actually sent me a photo of only 4 pairs of earrings with said “SAME BOX” in the background!
 
I wrapped the boxes in brown paper to keep them from sliding around.  Either they are too stupid to look under the paper for the other four boxes or they are running a scam and do not want to give me my full refund.  

I sit here waiting on bated breath for a phone call from them per my request. How we, they do not seem to be able to afford a phone since no phone number is listed on their website. The next step is to alert my credit card  company of the scam and let them deal with it. 

DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY!!!

Don't waste your money, I got a nail earring -it broke in my ear as i was sleeping in less than 2 weeks. They only accepted an exchange . I exchanged it with 2 Frankie and I had one from the previous order and I thought it is safer even though I seen that is a poor quality. I had them for 5 days now and one stone unscrewed somewhere and I lost it . Very bad screws where the earrings are supposed to close and be secure. Both earrings broke there

I actually returned an item and it didn’t successfully arrive with Adornmonde but as courtesy they still refunded me! I’ll def purchase again! Love their jewelry style and quality too!

Adornmonde has the prettiest jewelry at great quality! I love how transparent their website is. Some pieces are custom made at the time of order and will take three weeks to ship.
I have made my third purchase and very happy with my jewelry.
