I had the best customer service experience with Gil. I lost my hoop conch piercing and, in a moment of pure panic (maybe Mercury retrograde 😅), rushed to order a replacement—only to accidentally order a 4mm instead of the 10mm I actually needed. I didn’t realize my mistake until the next morning and immediately emailed customer service. Gil truly came to the rescue and was able to change the sizing just in time before it shipped. Great customer service (Gil)! Last evening, I made a mistake on my order with sizing but didn't realize it for a little bit afterward. I emailed right away asking for help and if it could be changed. I love, love, love these earrings! The Frankie U is SO comfy to wear in my tragus piercing, and doesn’t interfere with my AirPods or stethoscope! Made well, stylish, and don’t irritate my sensitive skin. I have a couple other of the studs and get so many compliments on all of them.

I lost one of the diamond ends and ordered a replacement, but couldn’t get the threading to work. I emailed customer service and the response was quick, friendly, and fixed the issue so quickly. I could NOT be happier with the products, but what really gets me is how they made it right when I had a problem. AdornMonde is my go-to from here on out.

I really appreciate how responsive and helpful the adornmonde team was with my exchange mishap.

I bought two earrings for Christmas. The sizing was wrong so I contacted customer support. They approved a return and a credit. I sent within the approved time frame with the label provided. It’s now almost two weeks after they’ve been proven returned via the tracking number. I haven’t gotten a credit and have tried contacting them several times without a reply. G

WOW!! Really at a loss of words for how amazing this company is. You have a question? They get back to you immediately. A problem? They fix it without hesitation! Customer service is beyond amazing and so are the earrings!! I promise you won’t regret getting any of their earrings! You’ll probably just become obsessed like I am now! I made an initial purchase and a week and a half later made another! I can’t wait for all of my piercings to be Adornmonde! :)

There was a hick up within the US with DHL but the customer care officer Gil took care of the situation quickly. I have purchased from them a few times and the customer service when I needed one has been excellent.

I’ve had multiple questions and alterations to my orders in a very short period of time, and through it all I’ve received impeccable, timely and perfectly helpful assistance. I know they can’t be endlessly accommodating, but they do cheerfully exchange sizes, answer questions, review pictures and give advice. They even keep me apprised of any weather upcoming that might delay a shipment. The products themselves are top notch, with several features that I would consider premium, such as the longer tang on an internally threaded end making it SO much easier to insert without a piercer vs the usual way those are constructed. I’d like some more exotic or modern designs to choose from, but they have very beautiful pieces that are of a more classic and tasteful style. I’m very happy with this company.
