Excellent service at signing up and very straight forward. Clean vehicle and large vehicle used for the duration of our vacation and pricing was very comparable or better than other rental companies. My family was very satisfied with the vehicle we rented.

Everyone was great!
Everyone was great, courteous, on the ball and Polite! Had a spare tire issue (long story) they fixed it right up and switched us cars in minutes. Very helpful and made it easy and eorry free. I do recommend getting for coverage.

Worst rental car company ever. Delivered scratched car. I photographed it - then they tried to get me to register damage. Basically fraudulent.

I have rented with a few companies in Costa Rica, and Adobe has been the best experience. They are quick and easy to deal with. I would not rent with anyone else.

Costa Rica's car rental company does it right
Car pickup and dropoff very quick and easy. Staff very helpful. No hidden charges (I did buy their comprehensive insurance plan and would recommend doing the same if you are a foreign visitor to CR). They have connections with mechanics across the country and they were able to quickly send someone to replace my flat tire.

A very easy experience
Just a very easy experience, picked me up at the San Jose airport at like midnight and drove me to their office, 20 minutes later I was driving on my way to the hotel. Less than $460 for 9 days with a 4x4 vehicle. Highly recommended

Adobe was so polite
Adobe was so polite, efficient and reliable! They were ready to pick me up right when I got off the flight, had an agent waiting at the counter with my name pulled up, car was just what I reserved and the return trip to LIR was just as smooth. Plus they were half the price of other companies! 10 Stars ⭐️

I was not impressed with adobe rental…
I was not impressed with adobe rental car service. Car was not in a good condition, car given Suzuki vitara was old and car was smelling bad inside . Agent was not very friendly during car registration and was trying to add additional driver by saying it’s free and upon reviewing the bill cost of additional driver was there , had to request the agent again to remove the additional charge. Once again Car condition was not great at all, car was old and smelling very bad inside . I would not recommend Adobe car rental service to anyone and would not return in future. Stick with American rental car companies like Enterprise or Alamo
