Easy to connect
Easy to connect . Answer a few health questions and in a few hours my prescription was ready at the pharmacy i chose. Will use again for sure . This was quicker than sitting in a clinic especially when I knew what was wrong . Hands down will use them again. They're not going to give you a prescription if they think you may have a more serious issue ! This seems legit to me... why would they jeopardize their practice by giving away prescriptions just because you want one ? I'll use again for sure for mild symptoms when I have a good idea of what ia going on . It's not a replacement for an ER visit

If there was a zero Star this scam company would get it.. my wife paid $80 and they told her 1-2 hours it would take to get a prescription after wait 6 hours they told her she doesn’t qualify what the fu(k!! And that she wouldn’t get her $80 back

I paid for and ordered a UTI refill- REFUND & Prescription DENIED
I paid for and ordered a UTI refill. It was denied saying I have to go to doc. My earliest doc appt is already scheduled & is 4.5 mths away. So, not only do I have to suffer for the entire 4.5mths they DO NOT ISSUE a refund for what I paid for the prescription! This is a scam. There is nowhere for me to defend my reason for desperately needing this UTI tx and disputing their "RN's" claim for me to go to a doc. ISSUE A REFUND ASAP!

Fast and easy, I was sick and didnt feel like going to dr or walking clinic and I did this right on my phone, scripts were sent by end of pharmacy closing. So easy and I already feel better

SCAM!!! They take advantage of you not knowing what's a prescription vs over the counter
First time ordering prescription here was great. 2nd time was a scam. They did not send the entire prescription in one go which was a major inconvenience and I desperately needed ALL of it right away which is why I paid for the "express" service. The one add on that I paid extra for come to find out is an over the counter medication. If I knew that I obviously wouldn't have paid the extra for it to be "prescribed" to me. I bought it separately OVER THE COUNTER because it was not included in my initial order. After back and forth with their customer service I finally got a partial refund but only for the express service I paid extra for. I contacted them again and was told because I did not receive the other medications in a timely manner that I would get refunded for that too but then later was told I will not be getting any more refunds. I DO NOT recommend this company nor do I trust doing business with them ever again which is highly unfortunate. They take advantage of people not knowing they can get certain things over the counter without paying anything extra for a prescription. Way to go being a company that takes advantage of people. Because clearly you must do this to keep your business a business.

The convenience is so essential when you are experiencing such discomfort. I looked up on line found the link, I was skeptical at first but the reviews helped me ultimately make the decision. I would say my medication was filled and in my hands within 3 hours.

BEWARE
BEWARE! The fees do NOT include the cost of the prescription. You will have to pay for that separately at your pharmacy. I don’t feel like that is made clear anywhere in the process. They did call in my script but that’s about the only good thing I can say about this company.

Paid $80.00 got nothing complained they're refunding me $20 out of my $80 do not do not do not deal with these bandits so I just got a response to my review once again what a scumbag company so you're just going to take our money after you said you were going to send up prescription and say we can't do nothing for you please everybody be advised stay away from these people it's nothing but a scam a big big scam $60 for a phone call I ought to open a company up like that what a joke government needs to be made aware of you which I am going to do!!

My IPL treatment had the best results
My IPL treatment had the best results. I had it done for small blood vessels and most of them are gone. She did not spot treat, she did my whole face. She took her time and it made a difference. I plan to come again.

After the initial cyber space…
After the initial cyber space technology failing...the experience was great. Am already feeling better. Love not having to deal with a clinic on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Even tho I had to pay for it. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, its a tough decision to not go where my health care is paid for.
Also there needs to be a better choice of pharmacies. I could not go to my regular one. That creates an issue of opening another account when its not necessary.
But all that aside this was the best decision for this point in time.

Easy solution for a UTI
This was a very easy option, as opposed to setting up a doctor’s appointment and having to go for a test in the hospital. It was easy, yet thorough, and addressed the problem. I had a prescription to address my problem in less than 24 hours. I felt cared for, and trusted the process. Would used again for a problem such as this.
