Trustpilot’s own policy says unverified reviews can be removed if the reviewer doesn’t respond with concrete genuine proof… but in our experience, even after no response is received, the reviews remain visible without any justification provided to us. As a small business, that’s… frustrating, to say the least - specially when we’re simply asking for fairness. We've also been informed about paid plans that offer more moderation tools, but those options aren’t really within reach for small, purpose-driven brands like ours. We stand proudly by our products (and our T&Cs), but we know platforms don’t always show the full picture. Lovely quality clothes
I recently ordered a dress from ADKN at the weekend and it was delivered the following Wednesday in a beautiful box with handwritten note. The dress seems very high quality and is a lovely colour as well!
I'm very happy with purchasing from them - I was a bit hesitant at first, as there isn't much that shows up online for them but I'm glad I did in the end!
