Absolutely lovely pyjamas
Absolutely lovely pyjamas! Bought a set for myself and one for my daughter. Very soft and comfortable and excellent value for the quality. Lowering a star as I wish they had mix-and-match tops and bottoms so I could get different sizes. Have made the compromise of getting a larger size to fit but the top is slightly too big now. All in all, still very happy with the purchase and this is something I think they can easily implement in the future

Bought a set of pink and navy bamboo pyjamas and both me and hubby are so pleased with the quality! Delivery was late hence only 4 stars, but cannot fault the products. Will consider returning in the future

Appalling servicr
I ordered some wadding at the start of February. Apparently it was dispatched on 6th February but the Royal Mail tracking site says they’ve never received it and the company hasn’t responded to any of my messages. Wish I’d read the reviews first

Surprised if it's not a scam website.
Bought some PET thread from their website. Never turned up, no response to my emails asking for updates, no phone number available to call. I have put a dispute through my credit card, in the meantime they have the audacity to send me marketing emails to try to get me to purchase more from them. Not likely.

I have emailed countless times, tried their online chat system which is a hoax and had no responses and still no interfacing nearly 2 months later. 0 stars and I won’t be returning.

This company took my money but never sent me the dress (£130 for nothing) I emailed several times to get no response. They are scammers, they are stealing from people. DO NOT BUY YOU TOO WILL GET SCAMMED!!!!!!!
I will have to get my money back now through my bank.

Appalling service from a company that…
Appalling service from a company that claims to be transparent. Like many other reviewers, I returned an unworn item for refund (in June) and have yet to receive anything.
Attempts to chase this up through ADKN's contact form yielded no results. I sent a trackable letter to the returns address; the photograph that proves it was delivered shows a mailbox already overflowing with uncollected letters.
I've filed a dispute and chargeback claim but I have little hope of any positive result as ADKN's contact details no longer lead anywhere. Nothing but a scam.

For clarity, our records show your original request was logged as an exchange for a larger size (rather than a straight refund). In an exchange scenario, the account credit or exchange process should be issued promptly so the replacement can be ordered, and we are sorry that this did not happen smoothly in your case.
We can also confirm that the funds were returned to you at that point. Even so, we recognise this experience fell well below expectations, and we apologise for the inconvenience and the lack of clarity along the way.

Scam. Don’t buy or trust.
I ordered and never received any items. The delivery said through royal mail but the tracking number was DPD and incorrect (fake.) I tried to contact with no response. So after months of waiting and 4 emails that were never responded to about where my items were. I had to file a dispute to get money back.
Update:
After filing the dispute the stuff suddenly appeared on my doorstep. Funny that. I guess to cover their back that they're not a scam and do ship the items but it's still a scam (nearly a year late with still no reply or communication.) Furthermore, the items were not as advertised or shown online and of a really poor quality. Would have loved to have been able to return but no way to return the items (no communication or accurate tracking number) so they were donated or binned.

Poor quality, company disappears when refunds are due
I ordered two dresses from this website. Both arrived and the quality was very poor and sizing too big. I was sent a returns label after requesting one two weeks prior. I returned the dresses in perfect condition and have never heard anything since. The parcel was tracked so I know that it arrived. This was 4 months ago and I'm owed £255. I went to their shop listed on Google Maps which meant travelling miles to London and a new company was there and said they'd left years ago. Currently in the process of contacting Citizens Advice and Trading Standards to get these scammers shut down.

Avoid this company - no goods, no refund
I placed an order at the end of May and it never arrived (I'm not even certain it's been dispatched). I have tried contacting them but had no response. I have had no choice but to contact the credit card company. I don't know if they have done this deliberately or if they are just inept. Don't find out the hard way - simply avoid this company.

Don't waste your money
Bought a reaincoat on the 5th of september 2022. It didn't arrive until the 17th of november 2022. The measurements on the coat didn't match the size chart on their website, so I returned it and requested a new one in a size bigger to be on the safe side (which I was told would not be a problem). Since then I have not recieved a new raincoat or my money back, and they won't respond to my emails any more.
Would not recommend.

Disaster!
Before I made my purchase they were so kind and helping. Afterwards when issues accrued they acted completely different. Haven’t heard a single word from them. No help with return, no refund, nothing. Something isn’t right with this company..

No response. One week still did not get my return label. I tried to contact them multiple times. No reply!!! At the end had to make a dispute through my bank.

Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service, I had to cancel the order before it was dispatched and it took nearly 2 months and multiple emails before finally receiving a refund. Response time to emails was very slow if at all. I would not attempt to purchase from this company again.

Unbelievablely appalling company with zero customer service morals!
Good luck ever trying to get a refund from them for returns, let alone even a response from their office. They claim they are small and all orders give them a happy dance but I'm certainly not doing any happy dances as a customer!
Credit card dispute is in and trading standards have been contacted. I didn't want to do that as actually what they stand for is wonderful but seemingly they are unable to press the refund button even when you order several sizes to try on as options.
I will never go anywhere near them again
Edit- they have just responded to me 3 years after my original review. Shame as I wanted to forget about them forever. They sent the items to me with snags. I don’t even use glitter so they are completely false claims which they then use to withhold money from you on a return. The fact they say the 1 star reviews are fake is hilarious, the 5 star ones are probably paid for by them.

For clarity, this order was placed on 26 June 2022 and dispatched on 27 June 2022 via premium next day delivery. A return was then submitted through our returns portal, where the return reasons selected were sizing and style related.
When the items were returned to us, they were not in their original condition and showed clear signs of wear (including snags, stains, deodorant marks, pulled threads/pulled fabric, hairs of unknown origin, and glitter particles). Under our published returns policy, items must be returned unworn and in original condition to be eligible for a refund. We explained this by email at the time and invited you to respond so we could reach a resolution.
You also raised a credit card dispute stating the items received were damaged. Both parties provided evidence to the bank, and the dispute was resolved in our favour, based on the fact that the returned items were not in a resalable condition.
