Bad Experience
Ordered on November 6th and did not receive until December 22nd. I had to initiate communication, apparently the shop ran out of stock of what I ordered… and I still got what I selected? If this were the case, the seller should have told me before we got to December. Also, I ordered an 18 inch chain and the one received was maybe 12 inches.

Cares personally about quality.
I was surprised to see someone like Adina Stone care so much and communicate with me about the birthstone ring and earrings that I bought for my wife. She made sure that I was selecting the right size before shipping the order. We were very happy with the quality of the jewelry.

Just arrived! Very beautiful, very special ring. It has a simple design, but the magic of it is its gentleness and loveliness. Just perfect! The package is so nice too, so special and very aesthetic. Special thanks for the ringer meter. Highly recommend this shop, so many kinds of fine jewelry, silver and gold. Surely will buy here again. 5 stars!

The ring came with scratches and…
The ring came with scratches and imperfections, the gold coating was uneven . I retuned it after 3 days of receiving and never got an email or response saying they had received the item nor anything about my refund. I had to chase up and eventually got a response with them trying to blame me for the scratches and imperfections on the ring which was clearly Ridiculous. They do not own any responsibility or accountability for anything and not even for deliveries. Worst experience so far . I am never purchasing from them ever again.

Dear Isoken, you have contacted us to return your ring, mentioning that it doesn't go with your other jewellery (you didn't mentioned anything about the ring arriving scratched). We received your ring back on November 3rd, it had marks that can be usually seen on jewellery that has been worn. We still wanted to support you, so this is why we offered you a store credit. You refused a store credit & you confirmed that you haven't worn the ring - we took your word and simply processed a refund for your ring the same day, November 3rd. I hope you can agree that it was processed fast & without any issues.

Poor quality and customer service
I purchased a ring and it arrived dented, scratched, and with a random stone (like clay or something) jammed into one of the clasps. I’ve contacted the store multiple times for a return and refund but haven’t had any success. Really disappointed with both the quality and the customer service.

Dear Alexandra, I'm sorry to hear you had a problem contacting us, I can confirm that from our side, I can only see 1 email from you from October 31st, which was answered within 1 hour (with a pre-paid return label). I would also like to clarify that the "dents" you're mentioning are actually the 925 Silver Hallmarks, which can be seen in the product pictures as well. Your refund was also processed within 1 working day from receiving the ring.
