Terrible experience!! I feel most of these ‘positive reviews’ are fake! Quoted £595 + VAT for leak detection, ended up near £900 after works I never clearly authorised. Engineer damaged something during investigation and I was charged for it!!! Poor communication, no transparency, poor service, excessive charges, would not recommend. Cowboys!

Artur was really courteous and professional. Leak identified under floor and fixed.

Matt who was the engineer knows his stuff inside out and was very professional.He methodically found a small tricky leak under my garage floor and soon repaired it.He is a grafter and to top it all a real nice bloke.

I had a water leak inside my home. I found this company and read all the reviews, which were very good so decided to get help from them. I was not disappointed with my choice. The engineer, Scott arrived and got to work detecting where the water was coming from. I was very impressed by all the equipment he had to find the source of the leak. After a very thorough investigation of my home he pinpointed the leak in my downstairs toilet. After a while he had uncovered the leak and showed me the culprit, which he then proceeded to rectify with a new section of pipe. I cannot say how much I am impressed by Scott’s expertise in locating and fixing the leak. I shall now just have to wait for the area to dry before filling it in. Initial enquiry was dealt with efficiently by Caroline, who provided a quote and T & C's within minutes. On acceptance, she arranged for an operative to be with us within the hour.
Kristof explained the steps he was taking to identify the source of the leak. He worked methodically and managed to trace the leak after lifting only 2 tiles without any breakages. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

We had an excellent experience with Christian and Robert. From the initial call, Christian took the time to understand our situation and clearly explained the leak detection process, which immediately gave us confidence.

Robert attended and carried out both tracer gas and acoustic testing, and was able to locate the leak quickly and accurately. He explained everything clearly as he went, which we really appreciated.

Importantly, there was no pressure to carry out unnecessary work — once the leak was identified, he advised us appropriately on next steps, which in our case involved contacting the water company.

After a previous poor experience with another company, this was a complete contrast. Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with our Engineer, Kyle. He worked collaboratively with us given the expectation that the underfloor leak downstairs was going to mean going in through our ornate study flooring. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient, I would gladly hire Kyle again.

Called around leak detection, had great chat with staff around the issue and staff that came out to look around for leaks did a great job. They had all the tools and advised on issues to a great level. They also were very polite and ensured to clean up after themselves.

I was recommend ADI by a neighbour and I am pleased to endorse his recommendation from the initial setting up the appointment with Caroline at the office to Grant the engineer turning up promptly and working on detecting and ultimately repairing what was a very difficult leak to reach as it was under the floor.

ADI Leak Detection came out to find the leak in my under floor heating, the technicians name was Gabor, the leak in our under floor heating really was challenging to find, Gabor is very experienced and was the right person for the job, after a lot of different equipment and brain power, he located the area to dig, found and repaired the leak, he is very good at his job, I would thoroughly recommend Gabor and ADI Leak Detection.

Our engineer, Frank arrived at the arranged time exactly.
We found him to be very pleasant and polite.
He worked very hard to detect the leak, which he eventually found to be in the boiler.
He explained everything very clearly to me and then spoke to our heating engineer on the phone to inform him of his findings.
He left after 4 hours of thorough investigation then sent me videos of his findings later that evening.
We could not fault either Frank or Joe in the ADI office for their work.

Kristof and Artur were a great team, efficient friendly and effective. Their assumptions were correct and the work carried out in a timely manner. A relief to be leak free.

Phil came out to find a water leak, tested thoroughly and found a leak outside our boundary. Water board found the same, but sent a team who didn't investigate properly and declared there was now no leak. Phil came back, dug up my drive to prove the leak was outside my boundary, he spoke to water board on my behalf and the water board finally fixed the leak. Phil was great - really went above and beyond to help me. Excellent service.
