ADI Leak Detection Omdömen

Exceptional service from Artur and Krzysztof!

Despite the intense heat wave, Artur and Krzysztof did a fantastic job. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication were truly impressive from start to finish.

Not only was their workmanship top-notch, but they were also incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in answering all of my questions, making the whole process completely stress-free.

I will definitely refer them to my friends or anyone experiencing leak issues. Thank you for the outstanding hard work

I am very satisfied with ADI Leak Detection sent over the Engineer Mr.Hamaao to trace and repaired the leak, He is doing very professional jobs, very responsive and take a carefully test and check after the job. And make sure everything alright .I am very appreciative with his job, and highly recommend.
Well-done.

Although it took some time for the appointment to come to fruition after noticing the leak, the service provided by both the office team and the operator that attended was excellent, thank you.

Great technician (Brett) who detected our leak quickly and efficiently.

This company came and found my leak in the concrete hallway with limited excavation. A very polite and helpful man named Kris who clearly knows what he is doing. Very satisfied and would recommend

Matthew Barron knew what he was doing straightaway, he had all the right equipment and within an hour he had found the leak under the floor boards. He successfully repaired the leak and had finished the whole job within 2 hours. First Class service and to be highly recommended. Chris Aston

I recently used ADI Leak Detection to investigate and repair a water leak at my property, and I couldn't be happier with the service received.
From the initial contact, the customer service was excellent. Caroline in the office was professional, friendly and efficient in arranging for an engineer to visit promptly.
Aaron, the engineer assigned to the job, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain what he would be doing before starting the work and kept me informed throughout the process. He was clearly very knowledgeable and made every effort to minimise damage and excavation while locating the leak.
Once the leak was identified, Aaron carried out the repair quickly and efficiently. He worked in a very tidy manner and left the area clean when the job was completed. I was also impressed to receive a full report shortly after the visit.
Overall, this was a highly professional service with excellent communication, expertise and customer care throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing leak detection and repair services.

Mark & Craig attended our property and used multiple techniques to find an invisible leak under our house. They were polite, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated as the detection progressed. They were able to fix the leak and reinstate the kitchen floor with minimum disruption. Highly recommended company.

James was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for helping my mum with her water leak. Lauren was amazing on the phone, putting our mind at ease and James was very professional and friendly. Thanks again!! Amanda

Absolutely Brilliant James was extremely professional with a kind manner. I would strongly recommend him and his company. Thank you

I am very happy with the service they were on time they diagnosed the problem quickly and then got it sorted, the fitter was a very polite person and explained everything very well.

Profecional from the start very polite and helpful on the phone. Plumber name of Brett Steel investigated the leak fully. Found it was not on our property, but still continued investigating, A few days later we got the report, with pictures of meter readings etc. conclusivly proving the leak was the responsibility of the water company. We have had a full rebate of the cost involved. Thank you.

From start to finish, this was a fantastic company to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever I called, the office staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

Mark and Vince came out to replace our main water pipe, and despite working in some of the hottest weather of the year, they remained professional, hardworking, and committed to doing an excellent job.

The work was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The ground was carefully backfilled and levelled afterwards, making it difficult to tell where the excavation had even taken place.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Mark and Vince, as well as the company as a whole. Their professionalism, workmanship, and customer service were outstanding.

Best decision I've made, absolute lifesaver.
During the hottest heatwave this year we had a leak coming through our ceiling. We initially started the process of repair through our insurance company but having still no water after six days I was getting desperate and decided to look for help on line. I found this company and they came out the same day. Kristof was the most knowledgeable plumber, he found the leak the others couldn't within minutes, he repaired it causing no damage and was so diligent he checked the whole house for other leaks or weaknesses. He arrived late in the afternoon but wouldn't leave until he was completely happy that our problem was sorted and we could use our water supply safely again. We are so grateful as we are also caring for an old frail Great Dane and sanitation was a huge issue in the heat.

ADI did not find a water leak on my property between the street and the house, or inside the house, yet there is a significant and very costly leak. They have fewer tools than the standard utility company for locating the standard utility services. They use the words "Tracing", but the marketing is misleading, as they cannot trace or tell where a pipe goes 75-90cm below the surface if it's not leaking. A whole tank of gas got pumped into our pipework without any results. Okay, faint readings next door by tree roots, but is that really where the pipe goes? We still have absolutely no idea. In fact, after a day's visit we are no wiser with a lighter wallet. The only solution will be to dig up the whole drive and install a brand new pipe, costing thousands. I'm not happy.

James attended my property this morning and provided a very thorough and professional service

Thank God for Kristof from ADI! After several hours of very thorough investigations, he managed to find the very highly likely source to my long standing damp issue.
Although ADI services are not cheap, it was money well worth spent - you pay for what you get!

Thank you Kristof and ADI.

Quick and professional. They were able to send out an engineer the following day after my call. Over the phone, Lauren was very patient, and explained everything I needed to know. The engineer that came out was Artur Sowa who was extremely friendly and professional. He was extremely detailed and eventually traced and fixed the leak. He even gave me some advice on what I should do next to resolve the water damage done, and to prevent any further damage. Definitely would recommend ADI.

Contacted ADI Leak Detection after 3 previous plumbers had been unable to successfully trace exact source of water leak in kitchen.
Christian, who was incredibly helpful and patient, managed late in the day to quote and schedule a call out visit the next day (out of hours - Saturday).
Kristof was absolutely fantastic...punctual, conscientious, friendly and tidy. He's a remarkably skilled and trustworthy plumber, with a calm and confident demeanor. A godsend in our emergency:-)
Most grateful and highly recommend.
