Overall, we got there but it took a little time for the verification service to get things done and we had to go through things twice. Not all their fault, I misread instructions, but happy with the service in the end and it didn't take that long to do,
Terrible service. The phone number doesn't work on their website and their team is unresponsive. The receipt number I received wasn't recognised in their system on purchase; they responded to my email and then I've had nothing but trouble trying to verify my business - their compliance team have held this up at every stage over nonsense. I requested a complaint to be raised, with their agent acknowledging it and advising my ID is fine and requesting a new POA from my business partner (but giving no way to provide it!). I have been trying to do this since the 28th August and their last reply to me was the 12th September - 3 unanswered emails later, I will be initiating a chargeback if I do not hear from them today. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
I used AddressCore for a virtual business address and couldn’t be happier with the service. The whole process of setting up my registered office was quick and straightforward, and everything was fully compliant for Companies House and HMRC correspondence. What really stood out was how much easier they made the admin side of things. Mail handling was reliable and the platform itself was easy to navigate. If you’re a small business owner looking for a professional address without the overhead of a physical office, I’d highly recommend them.
I had a great experience using AddressCore from start to finish. The process was straightforward, easy to follow, and everything was clearly explained. The website is professional, secure, and simple to navigate, making the whole experience stress free.
What impressed me most was the speed of the service and the clear communication throughout. It’s refreshing to find a company that delivers exactly what it promises without unnecessary complications.
I would confidently recommend AddressCore to anyone looking for a reliable virtual address service. Professional, efficient, and trustworthy. A well deserved 5 stars.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review, John.
We built AddressCore around the idea that setting up a virtual address should be quick and clearly explained, with no chasing and no surprises, so it is good to hear that came through in practice.
If you need anything at all from us, whether it is mail handling questions or adding services later, we are always at the end of the line.
Thanks again for the 5 stars.
