We appointer Adam on short notice. He was very prompt with his response, great communication and very professional about how he went about business. Needless to say, it was a great service! I would highly recommend Adam and will be using his services again if needed!

Proficient and helpful Service
We used Adam Sherling recently to conduct party wall surveys of our two neighbours on either side of us, and we found the whole process to be a pain-free experience. The reports were comprehensive, and we had no issues. We shall undoubtedly use Adam again and would certainly recommend him to others.

Superb service with a smile
I retained Adam Sherling as my party wall surveyor on a complex matter with awkward neighbours raising everything possible that they could think of and more. They chose to appoint their own surveyor to act on their behalf. Adam was diligent in negotiating with the other surveyor and kept me abreast of all developments leading to a successful outcome. Party wall award for extension in 2020
We engaged Adam in October 2020. He was accepted by our neighbour as joint surveyor. He provided a professional party wall service throughout. Including drawing up the award with site inspection. Was able to answer any concerns expressed by either party in a balanced manner.
