I bought little nutty helmets for my twins at a much cheaper price than I found elsewhere plus an extra 5% off at checkout. They were delivered very quickly and are excellent quality. I'll probably buy their first balance bikes from this company too when the time comes.

Wheely great?
I seen a great deal on a set of wheels and did a little research on the company. Trustpilot had many negative reviews so i decided to ask if the product was in stock.
After thinking a bit more I - probably stupidly - decided to take the plunge in the hope of saving a bit of money.
I received an email back the next day stating how my product wasn't i in stock and to keep an eye on the website for when it comes back in. This was strange as I had purchased the item when it was in stock and it was still showing as in stock.
Concerned, I wrote back stating how I had purchased the item and asked if they're due the stock back again soon.
I then confusingly received another reply stating how my wheels had been posted and were on their way.
This was indeed the case and I received them fairly promptly considering they came from France.
Overall I'm happy with my purchase but some strange customer service which isn't helped by so many negative reviews on here.

Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later.
I have exactly the same issue. Have sent back an item. Acycles received it on the 4th January 2019 and I am still waiting for the refund having provided them with a BIC code which they needed from my bank as for some reason they cannot refund to my credit card. Please please refund me my money. 3 weeks and still waiting to be refunded is unacceptable.

I received exactly what I ordered at a good price. I didn’t realise the company is based in France but luckily I was in no rush for the part. Dispatch took 6 days and delivery took 7 days which I could track online. I’d give 5 stars had the dispatch been quicker.

Product arrived as per quoted timings, was well packaged and the best price around by some margin. Will use again.

.co.uk address but not UK based or shipped. Very slow dispatch with no comma - after a week I emailed to cancel the order. A few hours later I got a dispatch confirmation, with a slightly rude email the next day saying that was the first contact they’d had from me (well, they were the ones meant to be doing stuff not me).

Wouldn’t even give 1 star! I have bought countless MTB products online and never had any problems with returns.
I ordered a helmet which arrived on 26 Sep 2018 after placing my order on 14 Sep 2018, which I then posted back by recorded & signed for delivery with royal mail on that same day.
It got delivered back to them on 1 Oct 2018, so I waited for my refund which never arrived I then emailed on 12 Oct 2018 to see what was happening, however they claimed to have not received it.
After countless emails and no success in getting my refund I contacted my card company and they returned my money on 22 Nov 2018.
I wouldn’t recommend this company and would advise people to buy elsewhere.
Looking at all the other reviews it seems this is common practice from ACycles.
I wasn’t going to write a review but don’t want other people getting ripped off.
The website had flashing adverts…
The website had flashing adverts stating still delivering in time for Christmas so I ordered some cycling glasses as a gift as the price was very good. I got in touch and asked if I could pay for Special Delivery to ensure Christmas Delivery and this is when I was told the item I'd ordered was out of stock. I have been in touch with Acycles periodically since and every time they've said they will be shipped next week, so far they haven't arrived. If it was possible to give no stars I would rate Acycles no stars. It's surprising they take peoples money when goods aren't in stock when technology can easily prevent this. I see reading other reviews that I'm not the only person to have fallen foul of this. I would strongly recommend you do not shop here go to Sigma Sports, Wiggle, Merlin, Tredz or one of the other more reputable cycle shops that will value your custom.
Money debited no receipt no refund!
I ordered glasses on 13th December 2018 for a Xmas present. They were noted as ‘In stock’ on the website 3-5 days delivery. I had no correspondence from the company and chased the order before Xmas. I received a response on 31st December advising they were not in stock but were expected and would be dispatched as priority. No sign or correspondence by 5th January so order cancelled and refund requested. Glasses still showing as in stock. As of 14th Jan no glasses or refund received despite a further chasing email. An absolute joke!

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had…
Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had (not being dramatic) Firstly if your in the Uk this company’s web address is .co.uk, making you think there based in the uk. There based in France and it took over two weeks for items to arrive. When I rang them up to ask about the delay they said items were out of stock so they had to order them in. At no point did I recive any correspondence notifying me of this. I ended up ordering the items from somewhere else and returning said item. Nearly two months later I’m still waiting for my money back despite numerous phone calls. P.s because there in France I’m getting charged to ring them to add insult to the situation. Taken it up with PayPal now. Will never use again and will advise other people not too.
Additional - I never took delivery of items when they were delivered as instructed by Acycles, rang the company several times and they said they would contact their courier to find out where they were and get back to me. Still no reply weeks later but they respond quickly to a trustpilot review. Absolutely appalling service I cannot recommend not use this company enough and will be actively telling people about my experience.

Dreadful customer service.
Ordered a Tubus pannier rack on 12 of December, in stock on a 2-3 day delivery. Today, the 10th of January I have cancelled the order as I have been told for the second time “Sorry our stock system was faulty but we should get it next week”. Fair enough, things go wrong, but to not communicate with the customer to let them know is just rude - over the period of a month! Received no updates what so ever regarding the order, other then replying to email enquiry yesterday. Personally, to persevere with the order just feels like rewarding awful customer care. Stock systems can be out - although this will be due to human error somewhere along the line, but to let a month pass without letting he customer know about it is just bad.
Update: It's now the second week of February and I've still not received either a refund from Acycles, nor any communication what so ever regarding the refund. I sent them an Email yesterday and I've received a reply asking for my IBAN and BIC numbers so that they can "forward it to their logistics". Insult is turning into injury now. I think I'll be ringing Mastercard soon......
I will never buy from Acycles again. Outrageously bad service.
Acycles sent me a damaged item and refused to let me return it. They seem to think that their customers have no rights. They are incredibly difficult to deal with. Based on my experience I cannot recommend buying from them.
