From first contact to delivery of my dining table, i have received excellent customer service. The table is beautiful, I'm very happy with it and I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful little rustic milking stool. Absolutely unique and a lovely little addition to our bathroom. Ordering processes was very simple and stool was delivered as advised when ordering. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic quality table tops. We ordered a large dining table too and a smaller desk table top. Both finished in rugger brown which looks amazing. The construction and finish of both is very good.
Ordering process was easy. Long deli time reflects the time and workmanship put into their products

We bought 3 pipe shelves recently and have nothing but positive things to say about this company. The shelves are amazing quality and the pipe fixings are perfect for the look we wanted. One of the fixings that was sent was the wrong size, but after an email the replacement was sent immediately with no cost to us. This is a local company to us, so even better as this reduces our footprint, but this company and the products are perfect. We will use them again and recommend to anyone.

Ordering process was great with excellent communication throughout. Very helpful conversation to change the legs we requested to accommodate the size of the table we needed. And delivered before Christmas much to our delight. Love the table!

A recommendation for the website would be to have a better gallery of tables both rough and polished in all the available colours. The images and videos available are not very clear.

Regardless, I would recommend and consider buying from Acumen again in the future

We loved the table. It is so beautiful. Only not giving 5 stars because we bought it because it has all features we liked but specially because it would be delivered before Christmas. During the waiting, we had not much comms and also it was questioned if we could get the table later than agreed. I explain that was not possible so they delivered on time, although not much communication to make it clear. Also, for the prize i would expect so bits to support uneven florring.

After searching for a dining table in the stores which are left in the high street with no success, I searched online and was very interested in the products that Acumen was offering
and decided on a dining table and bench
At the time of paying, I was given production dates and expected delivery dates of about 8 weeks
i received confirmation that my purchase was getting dispatched and would be delivered the next day
The table arrived with excellent packageing for protection while in transport
Great products and more importantly wife loves it so happy days

Great table - just as described

I was initially unsure about ordering from a business I hadn’t ever ordered from before, however I’m so pleased I did. The dining table is exactly the style we wanted, looks beautiful and was delivered before Christmas as promised. I would definitely purchase from Acumen Collection again and would recommend to others.

What’s not to like?

I bought a modern planed Jacobean finish 3 shelf system with 30mm pipe brackets (non-chunky). The overall product quality is really good, I was honestly so impressed and in my view also exceptional value for money. My pipes came as actually a satin black instead of matt as their website needs updating but don’t let that put you off as they look upmarket and are very good quality.

The items are delivered with excellent packing protection and the assembly instructions are easy to follow. If you have the means to support the assembly whilst marking the holes on the wall for drilling (I used the end of a sideboard unit) it can also be simply installed by just one person perfectly level.

I have subsequently ordered an extra single shelf for the same room and will order more later when I decorate another. I decided to phone to rearrange a later delivery date for this item, if you need to call them yourself for any other reason you will find their customer service is good old fashioned personal and nothing is too much trouble.

This is how business transactions should be in this modern world, we really need to support businesses like Acumen based in the UK.
