Great service. The quality was fabulous. I ordered the milking stool.and it looks so cute in my hallway.

Poor customer service,
Owner left a call for an urgent reason - fair enough but then I personally spent weeks chasing customer services to give order specifications after a glitch on their website lost my choices.
Item was delayed, I requested it by a certain date - chased and was told they thought was to be sent after that date.
The hard wax / colour finish is patchy on essentially is just a slab of pine.
Expensive item for what I’ve received… and it was in a sale - I feel sorry for people who have paid even more than this.
Not satisfied at all.

Wrong parts were sent, we couldn’t set the book shelf up, it took them weeks to eventually send the right parts and help us with installation.

They have been a great company to deal with. I had a small issue and they were so helpful and sorted me out straight away.

Fantastic product, love my new shelves. Very well made and receive lots of compliments about them.

Being very wary that I'd fallen in love with a table advertised frequently on Instagram, I called their customer services to ask a few questions and try and get a feel for the company. Karen was very approachable and knowledgeable on the products and we ordered the table. On its arrival , sadly there was an issue with a pink patch/stain in the centre of the table. Very worried and starting to regret buying a table on line, I called customer services . Both Karen and the owner himself made contact to address the issue that same day - Polite, understanding and keen for me to be happy with their product which left me confident they would put it right. Options were discussed with me and collection was arranged. On their inspection and efforts to correct , a new / replacement table was sent out . It's stunning, we love it. Their delivery company they used was also very efficient in updating us to exact time of delivery / collection. I would buy from this company again . There is a lot to be said for a company who's customer service team answer the phone immediately and care about their customers and products , rare these days !

Love this stool. It’s rustic but at the same time quality and sturdy. Not an easy balance to strike. Fast delivery too. Very happy.

I ordered the Glenridding Industrial Dining Table and matching bench from Acumen Collection and I’m honestly over the moon with them. The craftsmanship and quality are amazing — so much better than the popular furniture shops that sell similar styles. They look even more stunning in person than I expected.

I had a small question about my order and the personal response I got was outstanding. It really felt like they cared and wanted to make sure I was happy.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Beautiful furniture and brilliant service — couldn’t recommend them enough!

Communication was the downfall of my experience with Acumen, why I now have a table that I didn't order and why I won't use them again.

Once their order form had taken payment per my selection, I got an email confirmation that stipulated what I had ordered, inclusive of dimensions, the amount I had paid and a delivery timeframe.

Two months later Acumen reached out with the bad news that the item detailed in my confirmation email could not be delivered at the price I had paid. I was told I need to pay more, or that I could have a smaller version of the item for the price I had paid. Neither option worked for me, so I asked about a refund.

Next, the owner called me which is where things dive-bombed! He explained that I had used their order form incorrectly, that it has happened before, that I was outside their cancellation period and that he knew his legal position should I want to challenge anything. He was rude on the phone, telling me to stop talking so he could, but not doing the same when I tried to explain my position. The escalation to legalities was bizarre and infuriating. I felt entrapped in a transaction that was verging on unlawful and without the energy to begin a protracted dispute.

I don't think it's unreasonable to hope that the timeframe in which a human from Acumen reads an order and establishes a discrepancy might be aligned with their cancellation period. In turn, an order form that lets you pay the wrong amount and a confirmation email that stipulates a product you aren't actually going to get strikes me as problematic.

The table wasn't on the van first time around, so arrived at the second delivery attempt. Each table panel has a hairline crack down the centre which will only get worse but I'm told is in keeping with their standards.

To this day Acumen have never offered any apology or any expression of empathy with any aspect of the transaction.

The shelf is perfect for our little downstairs toilet and really changes the room. It was just what we were wanting and looks great. Arrived on time and in an excellent condition. So thank you very much, we will definitely purchase from you again in the future.

We have ordered a teak dining table from Acumen and the table is beautiful and well made. Although we had issues with the table due to a misunderstanding with a third party supplier, Acumen have handled the problems responsively, professionally until a complete resolution, which was to our satisfaction. In summary, we are delighted with our purchase and thankful for a good customer service.

Another great order and i'm always very pleased with the quality of the floating shelves i've received from Acumen (this would be my seventh shelf).

Product was exceptional, ordered the Bodhi Bell lampshade. Acumen was easy to use, informative and the product was quickly dispatched.

I'm very happy with the stool and the service at Acumen. It was a bit lighter than I expected but it's still very nicely made and will look great in the bathroom. It's solidly made and I feel built to last.
