I had a problem with my airbed over the may bank holiday so emailed the company. To my amazement within an hour they had emailed me back. They were very polite, professional and understanding. Within 1 hour they had ordered and shipped another one. Customer service was the best I had received in years, by any company. I would 110% recommend this company. Thank you Grace for your service, EXCELLENT customer service!!!!!! Do not hesitate to use this company. Product and quality excellent.

Had a problem with my air bed ,replaced very quickly with no problems whatsoever,excellent customer service would highly recommend.

I bought a double airbed with built in pump and it developed a puncture. so I sent a email to there customer services and had a lovely lady called jenny who responded very quickly and asked me to send codes and photos which I did and within a few hours I got response and was delighted when they said they would replace straight away. I was so great full for them doing it for me so as a company I have great respect on there service and responses and the product is fantastic it's so easy to use and very comfortable so if someone needs a airbed I would recommend this company

Helpul Customer Care Team ( in my case I was served by Abi). Company's prompt reaction to resolve the problem and to fulfill company's obligation.

I had a product that was faulty. On reporting the fault I was contacted immediately and offered a replacement. I felt that I was valued as a customer, due to the manner the representative (Eklis) dealt with the issue.

Ordered an air bed which was a great product but noticed there was a small hole in the underside. I contacted the support team who kindly send a replacement as part of their 1 year warranty. Very helpful, quick response and offer great products. Would order again

Reliable company. My air bed is very comfortable & easy to inflate. I had some technical difficulties recently. Active Era were very prompt & helpful with their reply. As long as you have proof of purchase their correspondence is excellent.

We experienced issues with our double air mattress due to small hole on , even after following all the guidelines and troubleshooting advice. I reached out to Active Era and was genuinely impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Filip. She responded to my emails promptly and quickly arranged for a replacement to be sent out.

I contacted Active Era and was so pleased with the great customer service I received from Grace. She was quick to reply to emails and arranged a replacement to be sent out to me.
Before it started deflating we were really pleased with the air bed and are hoping we will be again with the new one.

Had an issue with my active era bed , basically developed a fault at the seam , Hanna was fabulous dealing with the issue , active era as company have been great throughout resulting in a replacement. Would definitely recommend

Great delivery on time of this accurately described product.
Easy to inflate and deflate with readily followed instructions. The information advises that the unit may deflate after the first use and this did indeed happen (most probably from the material stretching from the initial inflation), however, the third use retained inflation and has not been problem ever since.
Very happy with this product.

The bed is a lot harder than I thought (top plastic part) and I didn't realise that it doesn't auto inflate. It's also misleading the 56cm as it has a built in pillow (which I hate)

I initially left a negative review because the air mattress started to fall apart after about 15 uses and just over a year of ownership, which was disappointing given that it was advertised as long-lasting.

However, I want to update my review because the company reached out to me after my feedback. They were very kind and helpful, and despite the fact that the mattress was already 1.5 years old and had been used, they still offered to exchange it. While the replacement was a slightly smaller size, I really appreciate their gesture and excellent customer service. Thank you for standing behind your product!

The air bed is okay for occasional use, but I found it quite uncomfortable for sleeping. It lacks proper support, and I actually developed some back issues while using it. Definitely not suitable for long-term use, might be fine for short stays or guests, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you care about your back

What made my experience great, first of all because of the quick response from the Active Era team and the help they gave to me!
Second, because they attended my needs without hesitation and they tried the best to help with my issue!
