Problemi col materasso risolti…
Ho avuto problemi col materasso gonfiabile e dopo aver contattato l' assistenza clienti mi hanno prontamente proposto il rimborso, o il cambio che ho accettato. Dopo pochi giorni ho ricevuto a casa un nuovo materasso.

Our king airbed developed a fault started to leak air.
I contacted the customer services, they were very prompt have replaced the airbed under the warranty policy.

Ordered an airbed,it ripped on topside so couldn't be fixed, they sent a replacement, upon first use the pump motor broke, to their credit they said they were going to refund me full amount as its happened twice now! Said refund would take 3/5 days but a week later I've still not had refund!! Contacted them again but heard nothing other than generic message reply!!

We ordered a single airbed last…
We ordered a single airbed last September, used it a few times and were really impressed with how it stayed inflated without the need to top up. Unfortunately, when we used it this weekend it lost a considerable amount of air overnight so I contacted the customer support and received a response the same day. Grace was very helpful and arranged for a replacement product to be despatch the next day. Hopefully the new bed doesn't have the same issue. Really impressed with the speedy and helpful customer service.
