Fantastic customer care
I recently purchased an air bed which unfortunately after a couple of months started to deflate. On checking the air bed I could not detect a leak anywhere. I contacted the Customer Services Department who responded to my initial email immediately. I was then contacted by Abi who asked if I could send in photos and provide product code which I did. Within less than 48hrs I received an email from Abi saying that they would be replacing the air bed free of charge which I was absolutely thrilled about and will be receiving the new air bed in less than 6 days from my initial email. I cannot fault the service I have received from this company and it certainly has not put me off having another air bed from them as I found the quality of the product to be brilliant and the aftercare exemplary. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to my family and friends.

I am writing this to warn others not to expect professional support from Active Era if a product fails. Despite the company admitting my King Size Air Bed has a manufacturing defect and approving a replacement back in early December, they have turned a simple warranty claim into a multi-month saga of incompetence. The delays between individual emails have been unacceptable; it took 3 days for a first response , 5 days for a follow-up , and another 4 days for the replacement offer. They took forever to dispatch the item, and when I informed them I would be away for Christmas, they agreed to send it after my return in January. However, when I reached out on 10 January to confirm I was back, they ignored me for 17 days, before sending a response completely unrelated to this claim.
The level of internal disorganisation is staggering and seemingly built into their process from the start. I discovered that as early as 26 November, the support team had actually been replying to a completely different email chain regarding an older, unrelated purchase. This initial error meant the entire conversation was held under the wrong record, which is likely why their virtual assistant, Myra, eventually sent me tracking details for that old, closed purchase instead of my current claim. As a customer, I have provided every piece of evidence requested, only to be met with broken promises and "ghost" tracking numbers because they cannot even manage their own email folders. This is a clear failure to provide a remedy within a reasonable timeframe as required by my statutory rights. I have now been forced to escalate this with my payment provider to get any form of resolution. I am still waiting any kind of response from a human.

Wir haben insgesamt 3 Active Era Luftbetten. Nach fast einem Jahr war ein Bett defekt. Da es ein Jahr Garantie auf den Artikel gibt, meldeten wir den Schaden. Gracia nahm sich den Fall an und bearbeitet diesen sehr zügig und professionell. Wir bekamen innerhalb von zwei Wochen Ersatz geschickt.
Einziger Wermutstropfen, die neuen Betten sind in der Höhe 20 cm niedriger.

I had a problem with an air bed the first time i used it (which was months after i actually purchased it) The company were still so understanding and went out of their way to resolve the issue for me and send me a replacement. So helpful, friendly and efficient. I can recommend this a as a company with amazing customer service.

I bought this airbed in June 2024 for use at Xmas only..3 nights use during Xmas 2024..deflated significantly each night. I read the info about the material needing to stretch so gave it the benefit of the doubt.
Used it once more over three nights this Xmas 2025...significantly deflated, woke up my son.
Inflated it last night overnight without anyone sleeping on it, significantly deflated today.
I bought this airbed because I had slept on my friend's one which was so good. I presume this is a faulty batch.
I am really not happy about not receiving a replacement mattress as my one has barely been out of the bag and has consistently deflated.Quite honestly after the first disappointing Xmas use in 2024 I forgot about it until I had to use it again at Xmas 2025. I am upset by this so feel compelled to write a negative review.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, excellent top quality products and customer service is fantastic.
An Inconvenience but problem solved.
Firstly, my experience wasn't great. 3 days after the initial inflation of the the bed, the bed decided to leak quite badly around the on/off knob. I contacted Active Era who requested the Invoice & batch numbers which I sent. They then requested a photo of the leak?? They then told me it would take at least 3 days for their technical dept to investigate. In all fairness I received an email off them saying a new bed was being despatched which duly turned up. No problems since.
A family recently stayed with us
A family recently stayed with us, and used the king-size inflatable bed. It suited their needs perfectly, and they enjoyed a restful night's sleep. Although it's only been a week since we've started using it, so I can't yet speak to its long-term durability and comfort.

Fantastic inflatable bed
Fantastic inflatable bed, and undoubtedly the best one I’ve ever had. The bed is designed with reinforced areas, that actually keep the overall structure of the bed stable, and in turn your body weight is stabilised, meaning no roll off points. Inflation and deflation is as quick as two minutes because of the inbuilt pump. Also it’s high off the ground meaning easy exit. Great buy.

Poor built quality
King size comfort plus Airbed I ordered was not of promised quality.
After one or two uses the centre part of the bed bend towards inside and it is in a concave shape. Im feeling uncomfortable and will not he using it or recommend to anyone.
