I have contacted across the pond four days ago and they said UPS needed an update on my address so I provided that and it still hasn’t moved Four days later and I have contacted UPS and they said that they still have the wrong address it has now been three weeks And still no package!

I was in need of a gluten-free beef consommé option, and Across The Pond Foods not only had exactly what I needed, but their delivery options made it possible for me to order and receive it on short notice. Their consommé although different from what I normally buy, was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the speedy delivery and a great product!

A near perfect experience with our order.
The consignment of glass bottles was extremely well packaged and none were broken.
However, some contents of two of the six bottles managed to leak out the lid even though the seal was unbroken.
My suggestion is to Sellotape (or equivalent) them tight prior to shipping to obviate this issue.
Overall, exactly as described and very swift shipping and handling from Ireland to the USA.

The service was excellent.
I anticipated 3 weeks shipping.
Not there fault the shipping was messed up. It took closer to 5 weeks.

Glad to have found this classic soup mix that has been a staple in our family for over 50 years.

Sent over Tayto and tea to my brother in the states and he got them the few days with the express shipping, good service and fast

After 15 days of shipping, it's still showing as being in the Netherlands.

I never received my product that I paid for.

You offer products we just can't get here on this side of the Pond. Like the low-sugar McVitie's I found only in your store. Not even Amazon had em. Keep up the good work.

I gave 2 stars because they seem a sincere company and responded to all my questions. It is now 3 weeks since placing the order and supposedly shipped right after. Tracking says the package has gone through France and the Netherlands and arrived in ISA customs on 11/21. Says it was cleared by Customs on 11/21 and waiting UpS pick up. I called UPS and they said the package was still waiting to be cleared and was in California. Over a week now. I haven’t received yet so cannot comment on condition of package or anything else. However I suggest acrosshepond use a different shipper. I have ordered from other UK websites and they used Royal Mail then USPS over here. Package arrived in 5 days and Royal Mail kept me informed throughout via email. Across the pond seems like an honest company and looks like they expedited fairly quickly. UPS a disgrace. I was advised to use expedited shipping next time to get package quicker maybe in 5-6 days. However I didn’t mind waiting 10 days with non expedited shipping but 3 weeks is way too long. Even UPS admitted it shouldn’t take that long. When I called them today they still don’t know how much longer.

Package still hasn’t arrived and has taken longer than the 14 days promised to arrive. I would like a refund.

Have not yet received product. Ordered product November 6. Nothing delivered as of November 20. Checked UPS tracking which now indicates the product is still in Europe and that it may arrive by November 28. Seems excessive. It would have been nice to know ahead of time delivery would take nearly a month (or possibly more). I can’t yet comment on packaging and quality of product received. So it also seems odd to get repeated notices to write a review when the only thing that has happened to date is that you have effectively processed my payment.

Ordered some Taytos, Barrys Tea and Cadburys Advent calendars to ship directly to friends in California. Everything arrived within a couple of days. Got a nice thank you from my friends. Will definitely use again.

Quick delivery, well packaged.

I decided to get some old school Irish sweets over to my brother and nephews in the states for Halloween. Everything arrived in great condition and in time. Will use again.
