I thought I was ordering 480ml glass jars of Heinz Seriously Good mayonnaise. Instead I received 565ml plastic containers. On the plus side, as I had requested, they were very well protected with bubble wrap, so there was no damage; tracking information was updated as the package took 3 weeks to go from Ireland to my house in the US; the 2 containers each include a greater amount of mayonnaise than the glass jars; and tariff costs were ready factored into the total price.
On the negative side, I really wanted the glass jars to avoid exposure to microplastics.

Popcorn came intact but took very long

2 of the 4 potato chip bags, ie crisps were popped and chips were spilled in the box and since it literally took 4 weeks to be delivered to me from the day I ordered them the broken bags were stale. Overall bad experience. $17+ shipping to arrive in a month and half the shipment was no good. Will never do this again, absolutely ridiculous to wait 4 weeks for 4 bags of chips and pay $17

I found items on Across the Pond Foods that I am unable to find anywhere else. I will be happy to purchase from them again.

Couldn’t find the coffee I wanted anywhere In the us and it was a good price. Will continue to order through across the ponds food.

I was informed one of the item I ordered was out of stock and was offered unsuitable alternatives. I immediately requested a refund of my order. Instead of receiving correspondence acknowledging the refund request, my order was fulfilled with different items and no further communication occurred.
After receiving the package (which I had cancelled), I requested a refund again for the incorrect items and postage and was willing to pay for other items in the order.
I was told I could ship the package back at my expense if I did not receive the correct items. How does that make sense? I have to pay money to send back items that this company knowingly chose to send that were incorrect.

Such great options for those of us who want UK quality food in the US

I never received my order and they kept telling me just wait it will show up when the package wasnt moving at all. After being ignored by the company I was only refunded after filing a dispute with my card company.

Extremely courteous service. Polite, responsive.

Ordered a pretty good amount of a product from this company and they have yet to even ship it out, two weeks later. It was for an event that is fast coming, and the order is not. I have asked them many many times just to refund my money and let me move on to somebody else who actually has control over the product that they are selling. But this company, created a label and is waiting to hear on the amount of product from another source that they’re trying to get together to even be able to send it out to me. All I get is that it’s up to 21 days to get it to me but it’s been 14 and they haven’t even shipped it yet. I highly suggest that you stay away from this company because they have zero customer service support nor care. But since it’s such a big order, they are just super reluctant to let go of my money and that’s not right! If there was an option to give them zero stars, I would.
Now all I get is crickets from them!

UPDATE: After another week of emails and telling them that I would just dispute it with my credit card company and they wouldn’t get their money anyway, I finally got a refund. Still, don’t advise you work with these people at all!!

I was excited to find this business because I wanted to gift a friend some garlic sauce that she had loved when we visited Ireland last year. I placed my order and immediately realized I'd purchased the wrong sauce. I emailed for help and Seamus responded quickly, saying they'd correct it at the warehouse before it shipped.
Several weeks later, when my order arrived, it was correct and my friend was thrilled! I am pleased with the broad selection of items available, and impressed with the customer service- thank you for helping me "win Christmas!" I will definitely order again.

I ordered a bunch of tayto mighty munch! And oh my goodness am I happy, as someone who lives in Australia and has no access to Irish snacks, THANKYOU! I will 100% be buying from here again! So happy

I sent two packages to the USA and one to Canada and they all arrived very quickly. The reaction from the recipients made it so worthwhile. They were so happy to receive a "little bit of home"!

I have contacted across the pond four days ago and they said UPS needed an update on my address so I provided that and it still hasn’t moved Four days later and I have contacted UPS and they said that they still have the wrong address it has now been three weeks And still no package!
