Ordering was a simple online process. Although I have suggested days for delivery, said delivery was earlier than expected. However, that worked out just fine, and the product was as described. Delivery was easy too. All round here's a happy customer, who will use AC Paving again in the future.

The crate containing our patio pack was delivered within a few days and placed on the exact spot requested. None of the slabs was broken. Our patio looks great following the random design AC Paving have on their website.

I ordered a ton bag of decorative stone. The communication from APC regarding delivery date etc was excellent. As it was bank holiday the let me know it would be delivered a day later. Then I got called into work. I let them know and they rescheduled the delivery. Very polite friendly staff over the phone, via email and the delivery driver was spot on!

I ordered 2 samples of rainbow Indian stone in error after 30 mins of placing the order I got a call asking if this was correct. When I said I was only meant to order 1 they said that’s ok we will amend your order and process your refund now which will be with you in 2 days. Wow what good old fashioned professional friendly human service. Thank you :-)
