I would not recommend this company. It's my fault for not looking at all the one star reviews and overall bad rating online before making the purchase. I ordered a rug from them and them and it was thinner than a light blanket. The rug is supposed to be prints of bicycle's but all the bicycles are blurry. I've been in touch with their customer service and they have done nothing.

I bought a quilt from this company and what I received compared the picture on the website was of completely different quality. Just to note, it the shipping came from China. They offered $20 off and refused to take it back unless I paid for shipping back to China which is more than the item itself. Paypal would not help me. I could not give this item as a Christmas gift as intended because it was so awful. I showed my mom, who was supposed to receive this as a gift and she laughed and said I got scammed. Beware of this knock off company! Wish I read these reviews before purchasing.

Skrew this place dont buy bought a 100 dollar American flag rug never recived its been a month

ordered rug,never recieved and have been given the run around.filed complaint with paypal.had saved up for this rug and am very very sad to be ripped off like this.do not order from them!!

Scam all the way!!! 1star rating too high! Ordered a quilted throw on line from Acozy (Texas address). Received tons of friendly emails: item being made, item ready for shipment, being mailed etc etc! Get small pkg from New Jersey shipping terminal. Throw is stamped design cheap Halloween costume fabric! sewed with plastic thread. Not the cotton quilted as shown on website with all their glorious 5 star reviews Joke! Go to YouTube and type Acozy Scam big time! I emailed company wanting full refund for their junk. They offered me 30%. But want it shipped back to China under a different name of: Printabel Company Limited. I filed a case with PayPal against them. Don’t be fooled with Acozy website Fraudulent!!

Zero star- I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful rug and what I got was a piece of material that did not look anything like what they pictured. PayPal is reviewing it and trust me if they don’t refund my money I will take it further down the line. How can they back a company that is a scam the whole way around?

I should have known better. $150 lesson. Scam Scam Rug is a blanket with some backing. Won't even lay flat. I only got one of two I ordered. There has to be something done about rip off companies on the net.

This place is completely fraudulent! I ordered what was to be 3 rugs! I got some kind of round printed material. They are not carpet nor a rug. It's some cheap material. I have tried to contact them several times and suddenly now they won't respond because I want a full refund. Extremely disappointed. Total SCAM!!!

Outrageous SCAMMERS ! They made a big deal about how each piece is made by hand, blah, blah, blah, and what I got was junk for the money I paid. I will NEVER buy anything through Facebook advertising ever again. When I called the customer svc # i couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. Obviously this company is NOT Legitimate...Buyer beware!!!!

Do not purchase from this company. Ordered what I thought would be a beautiful quilt, received a product that was clearly a cheap reproduction, and certainly not what I ordered. Product was shipped to me from New Jersey. I was successful in receiving a full credit through my PayPal account, ONLY IF I SHIPPED THE PRODUCT BACK TO CHINA! These people are SCAM ARTISTS. Buyer Beware!

The lap quilt I purchased looked nothing like the picture. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I should have checked this site before buying...

Ordered what was described as a rug but when received, was more like a cloth pad. Return policy states items must be unopened in original container. So essentially, you can't take the item out of the packaging to see it.

Don't buy...The only good thing I can say about the quilt I bought was that it was delivered. The quality and colors are TERRIBLE. It looks nothing like the picture on the website. Please do not buy from this place. The price is high and the quilts are crap!!!!

I WOULD NOT buy anything from these scam artists !!! I ordered what I thought was a comforter for my son for christmas and just recieved it today it is no thicker than a bed sheet !!! I paid 80 dollars for this thing I'm so disgusted by this company

Ordered 3 so-called 3foot x 4foot carpets with palm tree motif from this scan artist. Looked good online. When finally delivered they were In plastic bags no bigger than a thick sheet would com in. Turns out they were photographs of carpet on thin crappy
Material. I have table runners thicker than this junk. Beware!!!! This is a rip off!!!!

100% scammers. All the negative remarks are true. Falsly led to believe they are US based.2 months to recieve junk product. Only bright light is using paypal. I opened a dispute. Company offered 30% refund and 30% off purchase of another POS. I refused. Was told to ship back for a refund and use parcelmonkey. The address provided was nomexistant! I googled the address and found the same, no actual.place. paypal refunded my purchase!!! Lesson learned

WARNING: This is a company leading you to believe they are in the United States. I ordered a blanket at the beginning of December expecting it in approximately two weeks from their description. What a fool I was....I have learned a lesson from this hoax of a company. I will google for reviews the next time I attempt to shop on line. The Trade Commission should look in to this and ban their business/products from entering the United States........from all the reviews on Facebook......it is junk. I ordered a throw as a Christmas gift in November and it has not arrived yet even though it's Dec. 23. Apparently, if I'm to believe the tracking, it's being held up at customs somewhere and will be given to USPS to deliver. I have no idea if it's good quality or bad. All I know is I responded to an ad suggesting their products for Christmas gifts and was given no warning as to how long orders take and that's just misleading and bad. Nor was I informed that the products were being made in China by a Chinese company and shipped from there to the USA. The company claims it's located in the USA, but it isn't. They keep changing their name on Facebook because of complaints, but their website is alive. They claim thousands of positive reviews, but from what I've read, they must be fake because everyone is hating the products and calling them junk.
